BH Hotel

Very clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. There were police officers stationed on both sides of the hotel, which made me feel very safe. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station with luggage, I timed it myself.

The staff were incredibly welcoming; they even offered us welcome drinks upon arrival and showed us around the area on a map, pointing out attractions. It made us feel safe and at ease. The cleaning staff were very considerate. They tidied our room promptly every day, and the bedding was exceptionally clean – the hygiene was excellent. The only thing to note is that one day we returned to find the ozone machine on. Luckily, I saw it, otherwise, it seems it wouldn't have turned off automatically without a timer? Operating an ozone machine in a confined space can be harmful to people, so this needs extra attention. We tried the breakfast one morning, but the taste was quite ordinary and not really to our liking. There are probably better options available. Otherwise, there were no issues at all. We recommend staying here.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff and hotel manager were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to recommend nearby restaurants. They greeted us warmly every time we came and went, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was served in a charming Italian courtyard. Just a short walk from the entrance, there were soldiers on duty, which made us feel both peaceful and secure. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! On the day we arrived, even though we couldn't check in yet, they prepared food and drinks for us. The hotel is very new and close to both the train and subway stations. It's a bit far from the city center, but perfect if you're traveling by train.

The room was a bit small (but that's common for Italian hotels, so it's understandable), but it was very new and clean. The front desk staff were all very nice. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Termini Station, and there's another metro station a 5-minute walk away. They also offer free luggage storage.

Absolutely loved it! **Convenient Location:** Super close to the train station. **High Sense of Security:** Lots of embassies nearby mean plenty of security. **Excellent Service:** They proactively confirm bookings and communicate via email, and even have a WhatsApp service number. We received welcome drinks and desserts, and they even helped us heat up our takeout (I felt a little embarrassed asking, but it was great!). **Comfortable Room:** The room and bathroom were so clean and comfortable! The whole hotel smelled wonderful!!! **Room has YouTube casting:** My mom and I finished watching 'Medical Examiner Dr. Qin' in the hotel (So funny, why in Rome? What were you thinking?)
