The hotel is cute . The reception people were nice . You have to walk almost 15 minutes till the main restaurants . The room is good , spacious . The breakfast is very bad , needs more options . The rooftop is cuute , sun beds to sit on . It’s more a boutique hotel , average stay .

This was a very nice Hotel we will stay again

We were booked for room with city view, but room with walk in shower had court yard view. When you shower, the water goes from hot to cold to hot. If you press the toilet too hard, water keeps running. Bed is very big & comfortable. First day, went to breakfast at 7 am, there were selections available. Second day, went to breakfast at 9 am, not much selections left.

It is far from the subway station. If you have luggage, it is recommended to call a taxi directly. It is close to the Tiber River, with beautiful scenery, spacious rooms and rich breakfast. It is a hotel with high CP value in downtown Rome

The hotel service is thoughtful and meticulous. We stayed for another day. What made us particularly happy was that the parking space in front of the hotel was free for three days. The parking space must be reserved in advance. The hotel can go to Rome and the Vatican on foot, which is very convenient. We like this hotel very much.

The staff were unfriendly and discriminatory towards Chinese people. The hotel didn't provide free water; everything was chargeable. Very bad!

The best hotel I've stayed in Italy. You get what you pay for. The breakfast is very good and the room is very nice. The location is quite central. It's quite convenient to take the bus to the attractions. You can reach the popular attractions within half an hour and the area is not so noisy. It's not too far to walk. Rome is very suitable for Citywalk.

The next morning, I politely asked for a 10-minute late checkout, and the same receptionist refused instantly, claiming the hotel was “fully booked.” No flexibility. No courtesy. No smile. Nothing. This experience completely shattered my impression of Roman warmth and hospitality. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect basic respect and equality. You can walk to the main tourist attractions in Rome. The staff was friendly and the breakfast, although not very varied, was enjoyable. You can make your own healthy green juice and boil eggs to your liking, so it was nice to be able to eat warm eggs. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was a bathtub, which was great for relieving travel fatigue.

The hotel is in a great location. Apart from the Colosseum, everything is within walking distance and the surroundings are very quiet. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the elevator is large and the rooms are large, which is good.
