Besides the location, everything else was terrible. The location is a convenient 7-minute walk from Termini station. However, both the building's facilities and the room's amenities are extremely old and shabby. The toilet flushing is incredibly loud, and there wasn't even a duvet. The breakfast was unappetizing. Location 5/5, everything else 1/5, overall rating 3/5.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but with a metro station and bus stops nearby, getting anywhere isn't an issue. For Rome, the hotel offers good value for money and deserves a positive rating. The breakfast was quite decent; we were even pleasantly surprised. However, there are some drawbacks. The hotel is clearly not new, and the elevators are old. The room was extremely small and also outdated. The bed was very low with a worn-out mattress that definitely needs replacing. The plumbing in the bathroom wasn't working well, especially the shower diverter. The air conditioning cooled very poorly, even when running at full power; it clearly needs maintenance. There's no wardrobe, only an open shelf. The safe was locked. But again, for this price in Rome, you can overlook these shortcomings.

Location is not the best, quite a distance from the railway station, but not too far with the nearest Metro. Not a good deal for the price.

The hotel is right next to a subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and the area feels very safe. The breakfast had a good variety and was satisfying. The hotel's email responses were fast, polite, and excellent. However, I booked an airport transfer, but no one showed up, so I had to take a taxi myself. Despite that, I'm really happy with the price, and I'd definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The location is good, and the breakfast is nice. However, in my opinion, the management quality has declined significantly. The air conditioning/heating wasn't working, and the lightbulbs were flickering, which just needed a simple replacement. Other than that, everything else was not bad.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also very convenient, so I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

I really loved this hotel! Great location and such charming rooms! The front desk staff were wonderful (though the restaurant staff weren't very welcoming! They wouldn't let me take an apple to go - terrible!). The breakfast was good and housekeeping was excellent! I enjoyed everything 💙

This one really isn't good, where did all the positive reviews come from?

I booked the hotel thinking that it was 4 stars as advertised. But the hotel is 1 star only. Over rates, Dangerous lift, smelly drains, below average breakfast. Over rates. I would not recommend to my friends nor come back.
