I liked the place. The hotel is quite small for a 4 stars but I must say everything was nice and enjoyable.

Basically bad comment for this hotel that we booked wrongly. I cancelled the booking within 30min but because the hotel said it wasn't cancellable, there were no steps taken by the hotel to try to negotiate. So overall, make sure not to make a mistake when booking this hotel, because (some of) the staff won't help you solve issues.

The breakfast is delicious and has quite a lot of variety. The room is very clean and has a bathtub, refrigerator, and safe. The soundproofing is not very good, but it will not affect your rest. Not too close to the station.

Arrived at Termini Station at 9pm, the way to the hotel is not complicated. But the distance was Pretty It's done. It was not easy to navigate the bumpy road with a suitcase while looking at the map. Remodeled and clean I was surprised by the narrow elevator. The lobby was also very small. Breakfast was very delicious.

Modern hotel, well located, close to the metro and with several restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and attentive. On my next trip to Rome, it will be my choice.

The location is relatively good, close to the subway entrance, but the hotel conditions are average, and the hotel's sound insulation is not good, it feels noisy, the service is average, the most important thing is the breakfast, it's really not good, but it still charges an extra breakfast fee for a 5-year-old child , 15 euros!

It was nice that it was really close to the station. However, there is no bottled water provided by the hotel. The room was very cold. I didn't even know there was a city tax in Italy. It would be nice if Trip.com would let you know about this in advance.
