Perfect position for the event we needed to attend and well connected with the tram. Not too central if you want to walk around the city though. Nice staff, all very friendly and welcoming. Clean room, maybe a little small but it’s ok. Spacious bathroom, although strange choice of location for the wc (if you’re tall you might hit the shower door, I certainly did). Vanity and welcome set were very appreciated, especially the slippers and the toothbrushes. The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options, unless you’re vegan (hopefully they do and you just need to ask). Overall, nice place.

I didn't get the room I paid (were down graded from standard room 21M2 to 10M2 without any reasonable reason). Trip.com should investigate and discontinue with the Italian agent and this hotel. I am very disappointed with this experience with Trip.com.

I made a reservation to watch the Champions League match between Lazio and Feyenoord at Stadio Olimpico, which kicked off at 9pm. I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance and reasonably priced after the match ended at 11pm, and I was able to walk back to my room in about 25 minutes after the match, so it was comfortable. This hotel is a renovated old building, with a three-seat elevator, narrow corridors, and the sounds of people moving around in the surrounding rooms echoing through the room. If you can enjoy the a**osphere of a good old small hotel, I recommend it. Breakfast includes fruits and salads, as well as the standard bread, ham, cheese, and yogurt. It seems you can eat until around 10am. The surrounding area of the hotel is Rome, with almost no foreign tourists. The pizza place nearby was very reasonably priced and delicious.

Our stay at Villa Glori was great. The room was very elegant, including the very luxurious bathroom. The breakfast was also very rich, with many products offered. In the future, if I were to book a hotel in Rome, I would definitely stay at Villa Glori again.

Just back from a long weekend in Rome. We booked quite late and this was available. This was our first visit to Rome and having done a little more research before we left we did have some concerns that it might be a bit far out. But actually really well served by public transport so getting around was a breeze. Being able to buy metro tickets at the hotel was a big plus! The hotel itself is small - but the better for it. There is a genuine friendliness that is often missing at larger corporate properties. All the staff we saw were excellent- really knowledgeable and happy to help. Special shout out to Flavia in this regard. Nice little bar with hidden courtyard where we could enjoy an aperitvo before wandering to one of local restaurants. Yes the rooms are small but if you're long hours in your room you are doing Rome wrong. Beds were comfy and the air con effective. All in all a great base for our first trip to the Eternal City!

Lovely hotel and exceptionally clean, the room was very small but contained everything we needed, location is not that great and you need to get a bus to the nearest metro or walk 25 mins to metro and then train in to centre , lovely quiet hotel, breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and very fresh,
Response from Property: Dear Tilly, Thank You for sharing your experience with us. We are glad to receive your compliments about the cleaning service. We hope to have You back as our guest,

Charming small hotel in quiet location. No loud scooters or early morning traffic to disturb you. Staff delightful and informative. Good breakfast with ample choice. Public transport connections to city centre excellent and although the tram was not operating there was a bus every 5 minutes to take you to the subway. Very good restaurant a matter of yards away ( Tiz).

Stayed here for a week with my partner, at first glance the little walk into the hotel is amazing! Greeted by very friendly and polite staff, but unfortunately it goes downhill from there. The rooms are very small and in desperate need of a makeover, the walls are so thin, you can constantly hear people talking and moving furniture during late hours of the night, waking me and my partner up every night. The double beds are just two single mattresses pushed together, the shower room is tiny, the shower didn't work properly and the doors didn't close properly causing wet flooded floors. Breakfast is below average, I'm not sure how this is rated a 4* hotel. It is located a little way out from the main centre of Rome, expect around an hour walk to the Colosseum. We just wanted somewhere to sleep at the end of the day while we spent all day out site seeing but struggled massively with the noise from other guests.
Response from Property: Dear Oda, We thank you for the time you took to review our property We find your review very offensive Our hotel is located in the Flaminio district which is 10 minutes from Piazza del Popolo Both our staff and our services are highly appreciated by our customers kind regards

Would definitely recommend this hotel as it has everything you need for a great trip, great restaurants and bars close by. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, special mention to Flavia who made our stay perfect! Hope to be back soon.
