This hotel is nothing like a 4-star property.
The shower experience was extremely poor. Water pressure was weak, and the water temperature constantly alternated between hot and cold, making showering very uncomfortable.
The room itself was very stuffy and poorly ventilated. From the moment I entered, my face turned red and I felt unwell, but the air conditioning could not be properly used because the control panel was broken. Even when selecting the “cool” mode, the air coming out was warm instead of cool. As a result, I could not sleep well at all.
Noise was another major issue. Soundproofing is extremely poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor, as well as trains and cars from the street outside. This is definitely not the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.
The location is also very inconvenient. It is not close to any major attractions, which makes getting around unnecessarily difficult.
Additionally, the door did not feel secure. It appeared loose and looked as though it could be taken off easily, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
Overall, the room was noisy, uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not suitable for rest. I would not recommend staying here.
