hu Roma Camping In Town

We stayed at hu Roma Camping in Town as a couple in a bungalow during the summer, and overall we really enjoyed the experience. The best part is definitely the territory itself – it's spacious, green, and has a relaxed holiday feel that you don't usually get in a city like Rome. The pool was a lifesaver after long, hot days of sightseeing, and we really appreciated having shops and cafes right on site so we didn't have to go far for basic needs . The reception was open 24/7 and the staff were genuinely helpful with all sorts of questions, which made things much easier. There's also a shuttle service to the Vatican and public transport options right outside, so getting into the centre of Rome was straightforward . The bungalow was basic but had everything we needed – air conditioning was a huge bonus during the summer heat. If I had to mention one minor thing, it's that the water in the shower was on the cooler side. To be honest though, with the hot weather we were having, we actually ended up seeing it as a plus – it was refreshing rather than a problem! The shared spaces were well-maintained. It was a bit far from the main attractions, but public transport options meant we didn't mind the distance. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with fine dining, this probably isn't it – but for a comfortable, affordable stay with good facilities and a relaxed vibe, we'd absolutely recommend it.

Our stay was really good overall. The camping has everything you need in hand: bar, restaurant, a mini market… Many people see the location as a downside as you are not close to Rome’s city center but it’s exactly what we wanted. Close enough to visit the city and far enough to get away from a crowds and enjoy a bit of nature (and the pool) specially in summer. There’s a train station under 15min walking (Roma Aurelia) and really frequent buses that take you to Cornelia metro station. I look forward to stay in other Hu properties as we loved our stay here:)

It was a terrible experience during the check-in process. The hotel has a large number of rooms, but there were only a few staff members available for check-in. Although the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, you may have to wait another 2–3 hours because of the long queue. Other than that, this is a beautiful resort-style hotel. It has a lovely swimming pool, a great kids’ play area, and even a supermarket inside the property. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. You can reach the Vatican in about 30 minutes and Termini Station or the Colosseum in around an hour by public transport.

In general the we had a grate stay, staff were really friendly and kind and the room was clean. We were in room 100 so really close to the front desk and starting from 7am we could hear gardeners using leaf blowers non stop for like 3 hours and it was hard to get a rest, also if your going in spring or winter take warm clothes because the rooms are cold. The pool is really nice and the location is grate if you don’t mind taking the bus, there is also a massive super market with grate prices in front of it.

Best experience ever. Clean and quiet. Not too far from the city center. I'll come back one day. Thanks for the memories.

The room was more spacious than I expected. The shower and toilet were separate, which was nice. The toilet area was a bit cold, but the room itself had good heating, and there was also a refrigerator, so I was able to stay comfortably.

Great location and amenities swimming pool great the only downhill was need it renovation badly and no Tv on my cabin don’t know if is included or not
