Convenience of Check-in: We arrived around 8 am and explored the hotel after reaching the main entrance shown in the pictures… Thanks to the previous reviewer! The security guard at the entrance helped us call the hotel front desk and gave us the floor and gate code. Check-in requires going through the first main entrance to the second central hall entrance and taking the elevator (please note! You must close both doors before pressing the elevator button, and close both doors again when exiting the elevator). Be careful. Safety: Located in a residential building, very safe. Facilities: The elevator is old but interesting. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, TV, extra blankets, and a small balcony. The common areas are small, but there are shared reading rooms, a microwave, and a shared small kitchen – great! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Public transportation is relatively convenient, but we usually get around by Lime or scooter, which is more convenient. Service: We met a very welcoming and helpful receptionist at the front desk when checking out on the second day. The price matches the room quality; recommended.

The room was okay, but there was no front desk or security guard, which felt a bit unsafe being in a residential building. If you didn't arrive at the designated time, you had to check in yourself, which was inconvenient and difficult to find. I wouldn't recommend this kind of guesthouse for a single woman; it cost 1600 yuan per night including tax, but hotels in Rome aren't cheap. The hotel had a power outage that lasted over 15 hours before being fixed, disrupting our day plans. Ctrip was quite considerate though.

The front desk staff can speak English (although with a slight accent), so we can basically communicate without any problems. The service attitude is very enthusiastic. They also gave us a map of Rome and explained the tour route.

The air conditioner was broken and woke me up at night. It was very uncomfortable. There is no one at the front desk at 3pm. You need to make a phone call to get in, which is very troublesome.

First of all, I don’t seem to have seen any Chinese reviews on this platform, so I wrote a few words to avoid other friends from falling into the trap. This is not called a hotel, you can think of it as a homestay. And you can locate there according to its address. Don't doubt that it is a gate that looks like a residential area, as shown in Figure 1. After you find a way to enter the first gate, you will see a very old elevator, but go down the stairs next to it and pass through a yard. After seeing the second elevator, go up to the sixth floor, which is where all the residents live, so I think it is a homestay. What you need to pay attention to about this old elevator is that you need to close both the wooden door and the iron door outside after entering, which is equivalent to closing both doors and then pressing the button after hearing a ding-dong sound. The English of the front desk is not very good. The room is not big and the sound insulation is not very good. In addition, I booked a room with three beds on Ctrip, but found that there was only one bed when I arrived. Although Ctrip's customer service finally gave me the difference, it still affected my mood for travel. The room is ok. I feel like the balcony outside is a large public balcony where people can pass by. Remember to close the windows when you go to bed at night and go out during the day.

This is one room with 4 single beds. The beds were like prison beds with plastic covered mattresses. We couldn't even lay out more than one suitcase at a time. Clean and a good location but I've never ever stayed in something like this. The beds were so uncomfortable.

Arrived expecting a hotel with a lobby etc but it’s a building with many converted apartments. Our studio apartment was nice with a new kitchen and bathroom, nice balcony, windows on 2 sides. Don’t let the exterior fool you, once you find your way in, the unit is quite nice!
