Главное достоинство отеля близость к ЖД вокзалу, буквально через улицу. Довольно много народу тусуется в округе, есть пара-тройка заведений поблизости для перекуса (кафе, ресторанчик, пиццерия). Вывеска малозаметна, дверь открывается по звонку в домофон, после регистрации ключом. Ресепшен на 3 этаже, номера на втором и третьем. Необычный архаичный лифт аж с двумя дверьми на разные стороны. Персонал приветлив. Комната небольшая и без особых претензий. В принципе, если в отеле не сидеть, а гулять по городу, то неплохо.

We had a room in the back building of the hotel, which was very clean, newly renovated, comfortable and secure. The hotel is in a very convenient location in front of Termini station. There are metro trains, buses, shops, branded stores, pharmacies, McDonald's, Starbucks and many other things. The only thing that can be annoying is the noise at night, which was not so annoying for me personally. In general, the area around the termini is noisy and there are homeless people. The hosts are pleasant.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel thanks to the incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Trojan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The stuffs there are very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning is great. Only a 4 minutes walk from rome termial. You can get to colosseo within 30 minutes by walking.They offered me a whole lot of useful tips in rome. Really appreicate for their service.

The hotel is next to the Termini and has a very nice location. The hotel staff was also very nice and was ready to answer questions and give advices on our trip. The rooms were also quite big and clean, so we had a comfortable stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ciao and I would recommend it for your next trip to Roma!

The cleanliness of my room and bathroom was impeccable, whenever we returned to the room after a day of touring Rome it was like a hug to be in such a comfortable and fragrant room! 🇧🇷 A limpeza do meu quarto e banheiro estava impecável, sempre que voltávamos para o quarto depois de um dia de passeio por Roma era como um abraço estar em um quarto tão confortável e cheiroso!

Very nice room. Crystal clear! The housekeeping changed our towels and clean the room every day! Very conveniently located. Near to station but very safe. Next to super market, cafés restaurants. The staff is very kind, very friendly and excellent service!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed the big, clean and quiet room and the nice location, The hosts were kind and helpful. That was our first vacation with our 3-month baby and we are grateful we choose this hotel. We slept like babies - All of us :D ....................

The hotel staff were outstanding. They were very attentive to my needs. The room was clean and neat. I loved the proximity to Rome Termini. There were plenty of good and inexpensive restaurants close by.
