The good thing with this hotel is the location. The air condition in the room was non existing even though it was promised when we booked. We were extremely sweaty and warm in the night even though we asked for a fan and we got one. It was still very very hot in the room though and it gave us discomfort. There was no soap in the shower and the shower drain was broken…

The hotel's location is brilliant and the staff was very nice. However, the room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste marks on and the shelves had lots of dust on.

The staff was friendly and helpful, very close to the Vatican City around 7-10 minutes walk also close to metro , kettle was dirty, you need to pay for the water , bed was not clean 😢

The hotel need maintenance, the toilet seat was broken in our room and cleanliness was not as expected and the balcony was there but many stiff of hotel was lying in there so it was kind of no use for us. Location wise it is in the Vatican city so near to all prime locations.

Nice location. The staff of the hotel are all nice, they even have a map to recommend the travel route. Oh, and the room itself is also nice.

Amazing location! 5 minutes to vaticano. 24 hour reception, great price, comfortable beds, wifi amazing, no sounds from other rooms, large rooms and best of all... shampoo, conditioner and intimate wash! Loved it. The negative reviews don't make any sense!

You get what you pay for. It's well located and the room size is good. The cleanliness is good, but the bathroom smelled musty. What surprised me was the receptionist's attitude at night. She seemed either annoyed to be helping me or asleep. She greeted me, then proceeded not to speak to me for 15 minutes, gave me the keys, and that was it. She didn't even tell me how to get to the room or give me any information. I asked her something, and she just replied "yeah yeah yeah" and kind of made me feel like I was being ignored.
