Its very clean, we stayed way at the back, persons refused to help us to get to the front, the help desk dosnt answer the phone and the dont know to speak, I saw racism at its best, my friend had a disability and we were refused a lift.
The black guy were the one who tried to help.
Very racist, would never return. We went to the icecrem shop the two young people hardly spoke, the saw us as blacks the assume we needed the smallest icecream, the didn't give us an opportunity to choose, I asked why not let us choose, the young man just made a funny face, I only complained the purchase because of the kids.

The place is really comfortable, easy to access, the bus to go to town stops almost in front of the village, and in 15min you are at the metro station. Really good value for money. I was there with my mom and grandmother, they enjoyed a lot, nice restaurant, mini market in the village, clean space and with everything that we need. I really recommend it!! Specially for families 😊

We have stayed over Fabulous Village many times. It has always been pleasant. However, this recent visit is rather disappointing. No words to express our unfortunate & unforgettable experience. Hopefully, the next one will be better.

We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either.
The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it.
The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

Het park en de chalet waar wij verbleven waren goed schoon. Personeel is behulpzaam en geven ook een goede service. Ook de Security agents doen goed hun werk. Voor het gezin is het een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan. Vooral de zwembaden en wat ze allemaal hebben om de kids te kunnen vermaken. Naar Rome ben je er zo met OV of auto. Wij komen volgend jaar weer, want het is een park waar je vol op geniet!
