This is a fantastic hotel, offering all the comforts expected of a five-star establishment. The gym is well-equipped, and both the restaurant and bar are excellent. We had breakfast and late-night snacks at the hotel. The service was consistently impeccable! The restaurant staff were warm, attentive, and humorous without ever being overbearing, making guests feel comfortable. All the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding. The only minor drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, but then again, this is Italy... The room itself was beautiful. The location is superb, both quiet and close to all the attractions.

The surrounding area is very safe, and it's within walking distance to attractions like the Spanish Steps, plus it's very close to the subway station. The doormen and front desk staff were extremely friendly, and there's a self-service water dispenser right by the entrance. They even upgraded our room for free! This was the worst W Hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was tiny, and the window was minuscule. When I first walked in, I thought there wasn't a bathroom. It took me a while to realize it was a hidden door. The shower stall was so small I could barely turn around. The hotel corridors were also very narrow. It doesn't even compare to W Hotels in China. The bathroom facilities were on par with a basic motel in China, though the bedding was slightly better.
