Initially we were given the wrong room. After a long and persistent conversation, staff provided the reserved room, but only from the second day. They gave a discount in the form of not paying the city tax. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room with the terrace is wonderful, as if you were in Ancient Rome.

The staffs are really helpful and very nice location! The gentleman staff helped me to book the restaurant because I don’t have any way to make the call and even don’t speak Italian. Thank you so much

There are desks and kitchen upstairs outside the window. Large space, suitable for staying for a few days You can go to many attractions within walking distance, very convenient This hotel seems to be part of the campus dormitory, clean, tidy and quiet very satisfied

The "hotel" itself is very comfortable and the room has a huge terrace! The service staff at the front desk and restaurant are very nice. Because it is in the college area, it is very quiet. You can walk to St Pietro Cathedral in 15 minutes, and there are many buses nearby to major business districts. It was also very convenient for the hotel to help reserve a taxi. Going to the airport just avoided the congestion in the city center and the journey was smooth. There was a problem with the trip.com platform and the hotel was not notified that I had already paid, causing me to pay again at the hotel. I was charged repeatedly and it has been nearly a week and it has not been refunded yet. I don’t know what to do, the platform said that the hotel told me to wait 35 days! I can't understand this matter. So the service part here should have been full marks, so I gave it half.

The service is very average. The room is large, but the windows are very small. There are no curtains on the bathroom windows. I am very worried about privacy leakage. Not recommended, and the hotel is on a small slope. Every time you go to Hui Hotel, you need to climb up the slope, which is inconvenient.

It is a student dormitory with many restrictions on overall use If the temperature of the air conditioner has a standard, the heating in winter cannot exceed 19 degrees But it seems that there are public washing machines, gyms and public restaurants The TV in the room is very good and smart It's just that the bed is the kind of dormitory bed

Everything went well, the only thing that could be said to have failed a bit was the issue of water, sometimes it would go away, but within minutes it would return. I don't know if it was a problem with my room or something in general. Other than that, no problem.

Very nice structure and full of services (restaurant, bar and excellent gym). Fairly clean rooms and very friendly staff.

It is more like a student dormitory. The room has a large bed and two beds that need to climb stairs on the second floor, as well as kitchen utensils such as induction cooker, pots and pans. Very close to the sights of the Vatican, the dome of St. Peter's Basilica can be seen from the parking lot. The breakfast is not expensive and the taste is okay.

The property is gated and entrance is controlled.nice but a long walk to the Vatican gate. The unit we were in needs a bit of sprucing up. The staff were pleasant ,helpful .Valerio at the reception helped us with reservation to the Vatican museum and arranged our transportation to Cevicchia port.

Had great difficulty getting out gate from parking lot onto Via Alberici. I had meetings at Casa Bonus Pastor which was a very short walk from Camplus on Alberici to Via Aurelia. There should be a pad that you can use your room key to exit as well as re-enter just like the main gate on Via del Cottolengo. On two occasions, I had to return to desk twice for assistance. -fr. Somehow I missed that this facility is a dormitory. They rent 30 rooms to travelers. Staff was helpful & responsive

What I liked about the area is that it was very close to the Vatican. I also like the fact that we could walk several eating places. I would have liked for them to offer options for meals. Stay open for service longer hours. Offer coffee! On our first day we did have a receptionist who very rude. Thank goodness we did not see her the rest of stay. The rest of the staff was friendly and willing to help.
