Overall, this is a pretty good hotel and a solid choice for a stay. It offers good value for money and has a convenient location, which makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The rooms are comfortable enough, with all the basic amenities you need, and everything works as expected. The location is definitely one of the main advantages. There are plenty of places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and transport options, so you don’t have to go far for anything. It’s a practical and convenient place to stay. The staff are generally polite and helpful, and the overall experience is smooth and hassle-free. At the same time, there are a few things that could be improved, as the hotel feels a bit worn in some areas and could use some updates. Still, despite that, the overall impression is positive. It’s not perfect, but it’s a good, reliable option that does the job well.

Everything was pretty good, except for a broken hairdryer, dirty towels, and a faulty sliding door. However, the attraction provided a replacement hairdryer and towels, so the issues were resolved.

Cute, but nothing to write home about. The ground-floor room wasn't great; if you opened the window (which was actually half of the entrance door), everyone could see inside. In my opinion, the air conditioning needed cleaning (given my nighttime cough), and the bathroom fan wasn't working.

The environment is quite good, but it's a bit far.

The room is big with a new style bathroom. The decoration of the room makes it feel like a resort. The hotel provides breakfast which gives you a convenient and quick boost. The stay is a nice experience.

Good hotel

Very kind receptionist. We stayed only 1 night, but when we return to Rome, we will for sure stay here again! Beautifull, tidy, clean, accomodation. Functional AC! Near metro station. Thank you!💛

4 stars for cleaning. It was a smell of humidity and sewerage which is not directly linked to cleaning but to maintenance. 3 stars for Location. If you want to go to the center of Rome that's between 40 and 50 minutes walking + underground. 4 stars for the service. We had everything for a 3 stars hotel in the room. A Receptionist at night time was funny but the day shifts receptionists makes you feel you disturb them. When you say good morning, the minimum you except is à good morning back not a head mouvement. 1 star is missed for that reason. Amenities : the small towel is the floor mat. The fine towels are face towels.

Location - There was a guy doing ***** around the corner on the way to the hotel. That might be standard fare in Italy though. Not far from the metro. Cleanliness - Ants in my room, toilet that didn't properly flush and I might have spotted a roach chilling behind the coffee machine in the breakfast area. Expected better for the price. Service- Nothing to complain about, most of the staff are pretty friendly Facilities- Wifi didn't function in my room which was the bare minimum I expected as I really just wanted to work for a few days.

The reception and hospitality staff were absolutely brilliant! So kind and generous, and everyone was very welcoming and the Reception and management team spoke such good English. The rooms were very clean and I had heavy luggage so was kindly given a room on the ground floor which was great, they even let me stay and use the hotel lobby to work from after check out.

Excellent service and friendly staff. 5/5 for me ,thank you for making my stay in Rome pleasant.
