It had everything we needed, separate bathrooms for both rooms was a huge plus. BnB owners was really kind and helpful.

Very nice！

The place was lovely. We got there late and enjoyed a wonderful swim in their lovely pool. The owner gave us a ride to the airport the next day. The owner was kind and helpful and interesting to speak with.

Host picked us up at the airport for a set fee,, took us to their place, .took us to a nearby restaurant, picked us up after dinner. Private room and bathroom, shared kitchen which was provided with all the things we needed for breakfast. He also agreed to take us to the port where we were to meet our cruise ship, for a reasonable price . He and his wife are lovely people and made our visit very enjoyable. If we had it to do over, we would spend more time there, because Ostia is very interesting. I highly recommend Gens Mundi!

Perfect experience! The landlord family is very friendly and considerate. They prepared delicious breakfast for us, recommended the best local restaurants, and sent us to the airport early the next morning. The room facilities are very complete. You can take a bath in the bathtub. There is also a swimming pool in the yard. It is a very comfortable accommodation environment! I like it here very much. If I have the opportunity to come to Rome again, I would like to stay here for a long time! ! This is the best place I have lived in Italy and I have met the friendliest locals! I will miss this experience very much.

The room I booked is a bit small, just right for one person. The bosses are a couple, and they are very nice. We had a very pleasant stay at their home, and there are also some historic sites and museums to visit nearby.

The owner picked me up from the airport for less than a taxi. The apartment itself is very cozy, a wide bed, new plumbing, a very quiet room. Getting to Rome is not as difficult as it seemed.

Overall it's average, the hot water is not easy to use, there was no hot water in the middle of the first night, so I couldn't take a shower. The shower hardware is also average, the water output is very small, I can only say that it's barely ok to stay here

The landlord is friendly and provides free pick-up (short distance), and the environment is nice.

很好的房東，簡單的早餐，房東的貓超級可愛，離機場很近，適合第二天有航班的人去居住，院子也很安靜，停車需要停在院子門口，不用收費

環境很好的民宿，早餐是自助早餐。晚上到的很晚，房東還過來接機，人很好。附近有火車直達羅馬市內，比較方便出行。
