The room service is good. We were assigned to the other building, and the staff helped us push our luggages to the other building. The views were pretty good and the room had a bit of Elegance in it. The elevator also felt very vintage. The location was also very convenient because there were good Italian restaurants and diners next to the building. There were also nice €1 souvenir stores on the street if you want a souvenir. Adding on to the convenience of the location, the train station was 2 minutes away if we wanted to travel anywhere.

Location - Very Good. Located near to the main train terminal, subway station and bus termnal. There are a small supermarket and several restaurants nearby.
Breakfast - Typical western breakfast, but the quality was good.
The rest was good except that the room was too cold. I checked with the reception that the aircon system eas centralized and thus could not be controlled in the room. They could turn on and off for me from the control room but the temperature and wind strength could not be controlled so the room was either too cold or too hot or I had to call the reception several times to turn it on and off.

Stayed here last Spring Festival, this year's second stay without hesitation, boutique small luxury hotel. The location is so good. It's right on the street of Kondotti. There is a century-old coffee shop downstairs. The Spanish ladder is 100 meters away from the left hand. Although the decoration is dated, the tone is very good. Bathing supplies are etro, and the water sent is Dupona natural mineral water! The small rooftop on the roof is also very refined, and the hotel breakfast is on the rooftop. Moreover, I just caught up with the domestic epidemic during my stay in Italy. The return ticket was cancelled. I stored most of my luggage in the hotel for more than 20 days and went directly to northern Italy and Vienna. They confirmed with me many times very responsible On the date of return, and upgraded to arrange a very beautiful big room for me, if I go to Italy, this must be my first choice! (In fact, many European hotels are boutique small hotels. In the small streets and alleys, the room area is not large, but as long as they are exquisite and clean, if you want to be like this hotel, the location is good, the rooms are not small, and the environment decoration (Yes, at least 150 euros, not the same as domestic)
