1. Location - EXCELLENTE! 2. Service- they are quite helpful specially the front desk but the not working aircon is unacceptable. They didn’t even offer to change us to another room which has a working AC 3. No luggage storage even if it says on their page that they have luggage storage. They actually kept our luggages in another hotel (Hotel White) when we said we need luggage storage which was clearly stated on the booking platform. 4. Elevator starts on the 1st floor. So u need to climb about 20 steps of stairs before reaching elevator. 5. They sent us a fan on our 2nd night after not being able to sleep the 1st night  6. The corners of side table and side drawers are dusty 7. Over all - the hotel is 3 stars and is good enough for 3 stars except for a NOT WORKING AC. Maybe if u stay during winter, its ok.and if u do not have a problem climbing up stairs before u reach elevator, then its ok.

The hotel is a warm, comfortable and very clean place, ideal for those who seek peace and professionalism in the heart of the city. The position is really strategic, two steps from Parliament Square, very comfortable to walk and live the centre without stress. The environment is clean, ordered and immediately transmits a feeling of comfort. The added value is without doubt the host service, always available and careful, active from 8:00 to 21:00, a detail that makes the difference and gives security.

Health and service are very good, the bathroom is slightly smaller. The hotel is in a good location, divided into the main building and the annex building. The main building is on the Spanish ladder. It is directly connected to the elevator from the subway station and the front desk is there. The annexe is below the stairs, and on the edge of Plaza de España, you can see the pillar. It is recommended to be the main building, the main checkin and the luggage storage at the back are not convenient. The annex we booked seems to have been deceived by the comments, saying that it is facing the Spanish ladder, but it is actually invisible. And living in the annex building, first go to the main building to check in, and then walk down the annex building from the main building (the platform on the Spanish ladder). Breakfast is also in the main building, of course it can also be delivered to the room. After checkout, it is too hard to store luggage and go to the main building. The room we booked has a step from the bathroom to the bed, and the connection is black marble, which is easy to fall at night.

The room decoration is very style, very beautiful, the landlord is very good, it is best to communicate with the landlord in advance before check-in, otherwise you can't enter the door. Downstairs is the luxury shopping street, walk to the Spanish steps for a few minutes, go to the wishing pool for six or seven minutes, so convenient! Next time I come to Rome, I will stay here.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

I like the city of Rome very much. The cultural heritage is deep. The hotel is near the People's Square. The surrounding area is very full of the life of Roman residents. Everyone will sit at the monument of the square and listen to the singing of the people singing. The front desk brother of the hotel was very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage, and the cleaning sister was also very friendly. The bed and quilt in the room are IKEA and it is very comfortable to sleep.

Lao ban n I went to Rome to check in more than 19:00 and asked me to pay 40 euros more. I had already asked me if I would be late to Rome, but when I went to the airport, I replied that I would add money! I originally decided to be the most expensive room in this hotel! When I got there, I couldn't even get the windows! Later, I was looking for Ctrip to communicate and said to upgrade the room, but it would take 20 Euros a day! Ctrip agreed to bear the cost! Although I finally changed the room that was satisfactory, I wasted time in the middle! There are still rooms that are hygienic every day, but the paper towels are used up and not added... The heating can't be used, the air conditioner has no effect...

Amazing
MMonica9999The location is superior, within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, and only three to five minutes away from the shopping street. The service is not bad, everything you need is there. There are many welcome fruits, and the glass of mineral water is placed on the bedside after turning down the bed. There are scales! This is very important! The room is quite big, with a balcony, but unfortunately there is no view. However, the terrace bar on the top floor has a nice view, overlooking St. Peter's Basilica, it is very pleasant to drink a glass of wine.

CChaorenqulvxingI came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

GGuest UserYes, the room is in a retro style. The staff is very enthusiastic and seems to have received formal training. There was someone at the door who helped us with our luggage and sent us to the room. The only drawback is that the room and bathroom are relatively small. The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere
