If there is an option to give 6 stars I would definitely do for this hotel, it has exceeded my expectations on all levels, the hotel inside is a piece of art, everywhere is beautifuly decorated and very well designed, with a mix of modernity and elegance. The rooms are so comfy, tidy and clean, the material used is of high quality and the staffs go far and beyond to make sure we're very well welcome and all our needs are met. The location is amazing, close to the main attractions and to the train/metro station, I particularly loved the soundproofing as it's really something that I missed in other hotels especially very popular 5 stars ones.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO GET THE KEY OF YOUR HAPPINESS BY BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant — the hotel has an excellent location, a nice environment, and the facilities are very new. However, the service from one young female receptionist was quite disappointing.
At check-in, she asked us to wait while she “checked the room,” but during this time, she processed another couple’s check-in (same room type) right away and handed them the key cards. She never called us over, and after we had already waited for about 20 minutes, I went to ask her. Only then did she act as if she had “forgotten” us and handed us the cards, saying the room was ready. This left us with a poor impression, whether it was negligence or simply an unfriendly attitude.
Later, when we realised there were no tissues in the room, we called the front desk to request some. Unfortunately, no one ever delivered them, and after that, the front desk phone was no longer reachable.

A wonderful hotel with incredibly helpful and responsive staff. The breakfasts were excellent: fresh fruit, pineapples, melon, wonderful fresh pastries, prosciutto and other sausages, delicious cheeses, in general, perfect! The room was exactly as in the photo. I really liked it and plan to come again. From the train station about 7 minutes walk.

I booked a last-minute stay at Hotel Impero and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although the price was high due to the short notice, it was a good experience overall. The room was clean, reasonably spacious for one person, and conveniently located near Termini Station. The balcony offered a lovely view of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma 😃 The staff member who welcomed me late at night was very attentive and fluent in several languages. The one who handled my check-out was not as friendly, but nothing major. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel about 12 min walk from the train station (get a taxi with luggage - €15 euros). Connected to the quality bus services and metro.
Inside staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was really clean, and quality on the whole for the price.
The breakfast was good with choice.
I would definitely stay again.
Only negative was the shower screen but they had tried to resolve it. And the hallway was tired.
If you are in Rome for a couple of days and you only want a bed, Aircon and good location jump on the opportunity.

Convenient location, close to bus station and not far from the train station.
Very friendly front desk staff. Room with complete facilities. We can connect youtube account on the TV. Really nice :)

First of all, the location is good, not far from Termini Station. My room was on the 5th floor, but it was clearly an older room. There is no elevator to the 5th floor, so you have to get off on the 4th floor and take the stairs to the 5th floor, but the brightness of the hallway is noticeably different and the 5th floor has a dark atmosphere. The room is locked with a card key up to the 4th floor, but you need a physical key to open and close the 5th floor.
It was clean, which was good, but the only downside was that the water pressure in the toilet was too weak. Sometimes the toilet paper doesn't flush down the toilet in one flush. I would like the 5th floor to be renovated as soon as possible.

It was our honeymoon in Rome.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the friendly manager offered us a welcome drink,
and explained the best restaurants and tourist attractions on a map of Rome.
Because it was our honeymoon, they assigned us a nice room with a terrace,
and even included a chocolate cake and a note to commemorate the occasion. Everything was perfect.
Thank you for starting our trip to Rome with such a pleasant experience.
Also, all the staff were friendly and made us feel at home.
The delicious breakfast and cappuccino were delicious.
Thank you for creating unforgettable memories in Rome!

Very Good
KKO-KO.The location is excellent. You can explore Rome's tourist attractions within 40 minutes. The quality of shampoo is much lower than in Japan, so it's a good idea to bring your own. We booked a quadruple room and stayed with just two people, but be aware that city tax (5 euros per person per night, paid locally) will be charged for four people. The room was very clean, stylish, and spacious, and we were very satisfied. Security was also solid, with three locks to enter the room. We were able to sleep peacefully!

The hotel had a strong English accent, but basically conversation was possible in English.
The room was clean and good enough.

- in the city center
- can check in late
- though it’s a hostel we had a separate room and bathroom
- the room was quite clean
- there’s a back yard
Disadvantages:
- the shared kitchen was in poor condition (the hygiene)
- dust on upper shelves
- doesn’t look as nice as in pictures.
All in all fine for a single night stay.
But Wouldn’t wanna stay there for more than one night
