Next to metro bologna.metro B FROM TERMINI.EXCELLENT BREAKFAST.THE MOST CLEAN ROOM I HAVE VISIT IN MY LIFE.THE ROOMS ARE SMALL BUT I WANT THEM TO SLEEP.THE NEIGHBOR HAS COFFEE BAKERY SUPERMARKET IN ONE MINUTE WALK.THERE IS LIFE THERE AND DURING THE NIGHT AS MANY STUDENTS LIVE THERE.EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR MY FAMILY
Didn't send us check in what's app number beforehand so we end up hv to make several self paid international calls to finally get a what's app number to check in because the number on the sign infront of the apartment is also outdated. Other than that everything is good. O, but the fridge is not working. We got yogurt but end up has to throw it away. Not for long stay.
The hotel has a great location — the metro is just 2 minutes away on foot, which is super convenient.
You can also find supermarkets, cafés, and bars nearby.
The room is small, but for one person it’s a good option. It has everything you need and it’s clean.
Breakfasts are tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Thanks for everything! 🫶🏽

The hotel is conveniently located, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The room had everything you could possibly need – from slippers to a needle and thread, which was a nice touch.
The staff were extremely polite and friendly, always ready to help and solve any issues – that’s definitely a big plus.
On the downside, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. I couldn’t upload a video, and it kept disconnecting frequently, which was quite frustrating.
This hotel is divided into two parts. The main building and the annex building are about three minutes away from each other. They are not together. There is a small garden in the main building that can sit and eat. There is no manager in the annex building, but there are many access control. Not a case, why can't I see any guests here, it seems that we only live. But on the first day, the main building was full of houses and lived in the annex building, which was a little scared. The next day we stayed in the room we liked, and the front desk staff can tell you a lot of information if you go to the consultation. However, when I came to Italy, I felt that the face was not particularly good, but I would do whatever it was for you. It was a big difference from France. Legendary enthusiasm, like to talk, humorous Italian I have never seen. . . .
It is very close to Termini station, for easy travel around Rome, located in a quiet area, the rooms were very clean every day, the bed was great with a new and quality mattress that made it easy to rest after the long walks each day and the breakfast was not very extensive, but of quality, and they also allowed us to bring it down to the room for those who did not go up to breakfast.
They also kept our bags for us on the last day until 5:00 p.m.
In short, a great stay, and we will come back again.
I was attending a conference and needed a nice hotel to unwind from a stressful year, but I was booked in a basement room, it was dark and smelled fungi, the walls are dark, the curtains are dark, it was a horrible 3 days of my stay as I’m also claustrophobic, I felt closed on in underneath, the floors looked wornout , that basement room was nothing different from what one would leave home. This room was close to the house service staff room, no floor mats as on the other side and I was woken up by trolleys, and chatting from staff starting their cleaning everyday, just an overall bad choice to offer to any client. The staff I found at reception on first (Naustica) was such a sweetheart and nice and helped put me in a much better room on my last night, and the room upstairs was wonderful, clean , modern and spacious and much better curtain choice. Marco at the reception on my checkout was also such a sweetheart. Given a second chance, I would still choose this hotel, as it is in such a lovely neighborhood, the staff are friendly, the breakfast was fine, but provided I don’t get that basement room ever again, but rather the type of room I got on the final day. Overall it’s a nice quality hotel, but it can also do with a modern touch and upgrade in bathrooms and floors, one can see they are well maintained but are outdated and worn out.
Overall experience: The room was small.
Transportation and Location: There's a subway station a few hundred meters away, making getting around relatively convenient.
Environment: Online reviews mentioned that hotel rooms in Rome are generally small. To get a bigger room, I specifically booked a privilege room, which Trip.com listed as 22 square meters. However, the room we stayed in was clearly only a little over ten square meters (Trip.com might have corrected this now), similar in size to a standard room. When I spoke to the front desk, they explained that one of the key differences between a privilege room and a standard room is the daily minibar. So, if you're okay with paying the price difference for a daily minibar, you can consider this room type. During our stay, the daily minibar contents included: two glass bottles of mineral water, two glass bottles of sparkling water, and two canned drinks (Coke + orange juice).
Dining: The hotel offers breakfast, but the Western cold options weren't really to our taste. There's also a cafe next to the hotel, and if you take the subway to the train station, there's a McDonald's where you can get breakfast for around 5-10 euros (a coffee and a pastry).
I did not stay here due to a death in my family so cannot comment on the hotel and was unable to cancel the booking.
All I can say was the communication from the hotel owner was very good beforehand.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful immersed in the quiet even if located in the city. The location near the park of Villa Torlonia is an added value. The rooms are very clean and very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the terrace on the fourth floor a spectacle, the staff very kind and ready to solve every need. The breakfast is average, the only flaw of the structure is the coffee / cappuccino in the morning, it is not affordable.
2212527****There is always an unknown source of vibration in the house. There are very few types of breakfast and there is almost nothing to eat. In addition, I asked to check out at 11 o'clock!
GGuest UserIt’s much wider and better than the picture! The room was cleaned every day, so I was able to stay clean! The bathroom is also spacious! The location was safe and good as it was right on the road :-)
GGuest UserActually everything is good, the furniture is just a bit older, so it's not particularly modern. On top of that, we only had one power socket in the whole room, not even in the bathroom. The bar in the room was empty. Breakfast was cold, there wasn't much choice in terms of hearty food, just boiled eggs, omelettes and potatoes with sausage, the bread was hard, there was only sausage and cheese toppings, no cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.. but a slightly larger selection of desserts. (Too sweet in my opinion). But the hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I can generally recommend it.
TTinpeng HoiIt feels good, the transportation is convenient, you can travel with friends or couples, the facilities are clean and tidy, the room decoration is great, the only troublesome thing is that you need to contact the merchant to open the door yourself.
KKayeeThis hotel really has to talk about it. First of all, it is very close to the subway station, but it must be found according to the house number. Because there is no signboard hanging outside, it is very simple, but the people nearby don’t know. This hotel. When you get to call them, then wait for the boss to open the door, old-fashioned elevator, old-fashioned room, clean, the boss is good, the English is not very good, always tell me see see see, it should be Italian The meaning of it. In the morning, I will ask you when you have breakfast and bring the breakfast to the room. There is a small balcony.
陈陈The location of the hotel is very good, two subway stations from the train station, the boss is very enthusiastic about the Chinese, there is a must-have air conditioner in summer
