Amazing location! 5 minutes to vaticano. 24 hour reception, great price, comfortable beds, wifi amazing, no sounds from other rooms, large rooms and best of all... shampoo, conditioner and intimate wash! Loved it. The negative reviews don't make any sense!

We arrived at Rome airport at 5:30 that day, but due to traffic issues, we didn't arrive until around 9:00. The hotel's name was quite small and almost invisible. By the time we found it, it was already around 10:00 PM. I rang the doorbell, the doorman opened the door, and I got to the first floor. I had a feeling I might not be able to get in because the hotel hadn't given me the check-in code. Many hotels require self-service check-in. For the two days before arriving in Rome, I had been in constant contact with Mr. Qiu, the manager, and we maintained good communication. However, even after I sent him a photo of my passport via text message, he still hadn't given me the check-in code. It wasn't until after 10:00 PM that I... I felt like I was going to be homeless. I contacted Ctrip's online customer service and informed them of the hotel's information. They didn't call me back until 9:00 AM. On the phone, they asked for photos of our passports. I told them I had already sent them to their text message, but they kept saying they hadn't received them. After a long delay, two Italian couples heard our doorbell and came out of their room to answer the phone for us. They first gave us the room number, and the key card was next to the room. Then they sent me the check-in code and other important information. Only then did I see that they had received my text message—it was indeed sent a long time ago. After sending the passport photos, no one contacted me. I wonder if there was a misunderstanding or something else. I almost ended up homeless.

After booking the hotel, the contact came immediately and politely told me how to get to the hotel, and the service was perfect from the beginning! Even after arriving, Michele told me where to eat breakfast nearby, and it was a kind and very good hotel ^^ It's close to the Vatican and easy to access, so if you need to line up from the morning, this hotel Le is recommended! Thank you very much! I was asked about the arrival time to the hotel, but I had to open the entrance to the condominium instead of opening the door freely like a Japanese hotel and going to the hotel lobby. It is good to tell you the arrival time as accurately as possible as the hotel person will wait near the entrance.

Ottima posizione. E’ un albergo diffuso con stanze all’interno di un condominio . Facile il check in . Stanza calda e confortevole con un minimo di dotazione (kit bagno) ma sufficiente . Ottimo il confort del letto .

This hotel is a bit difficult to find. On the third floor of Block B, I hope that people who are destined can see it for everyone to stay. The boss is very good and the cleaning is OK every day.

The room was very clean and cleaned every day. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, and bread, biscuits, jams, etc. are replenished every day. There is also a small refrigerator with juice, yogurt, purified water and milk provided daily. There is a microwave and toaster in the public living room, which is very convenient. The store prepared a map of Rome attractions, which was very helpful for our trip. The location is also very good, you can walk to surrounding attractions. There are many restaurants, clothing stores, shoe stores, supermarkets and drug stores in the surrounding area. We spent 7 nights here and were very satisfied!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and booked last minute. They held our luggage in the morning while we explored the area and went for breakfast.
The bed was comfortable, spacious and clean and the room is spacious with high ceilings.
There is a bar and restaurant a minutes walk away that is reasonably priced. We got a bottle of Prosecco for €20.
There is also 2 very popular bakery’s a 5 minute walk away. Great for breakfast, we spent around €5 per person.
It cost €14 to get a taxi to centre and 15 mins during Saturday morning traffic (10am}.
If you’ve traveled around Asia the rooms will seem very poor. I get the aesthetic is partly to keep with “Old Rome” but there were basics that didn’t look maintained such as pipe from toilet fixture leaking and the shower basin not draining.
There is also only 2 plug sockets in the room, 1 by the bed the other by the radiator.
The walls are very thin so bring ear plugs as you’ll hear peoples alarms go off and bin collection in the morning.
If you’re traveling on a budget I think it’s a nice stay you’ll just have to factor in travel costs to and from the centre or rent a scooter.

We spent 11 wonderful days at the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor, and we were surprised to find a small enclosed balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The room was quiet; we couldn't hear our neighbors at all, although I did see families with children in the hallway.
The reception staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. There was a minibar in the room (for a fee), but we didn't use it. The bathroom included soap, shampoo, body lotion, a disposable shower cap, and a needle and thread set—a small but nice touch. The only thing missing was a kettle.
We had a room with breakfast included, which was served on the sixth floor. Breakfast was buffet style: scrambled eggs, risotto, a salad bar, sliced fruit, yogurt, toast, a small pancake station, and a variety of sweets (several types of pies, muffins, and cornettos). Everything was fresh.
The only downside was that toward the end of our stay, the internet on our floor went out for three days. We reported it at reception, and they promised to fix it, but the problem was never resolved.
Otherwise, the hotel left a very pleasant impression: quiet, cozy, and with a welcoming atmosphere.

Emplacement: top
Personnel : top
Propreté : peu mieux faire
Literie : bof

Amazing
GGuest UserIt is very small in the residential building, self-check in, can check in on time, send emails basically no one back. The pillowcase is yellow and the hair dryer is bad. Most of the time, no one in the hotel encountered problems and couldn't deal with it. The sound insulation was poor and the other people's room could hear clearly at night. Coffee water drinks are free to drink, the whole decoration is very new, the building and elevator are very old for at least a hundred years, some people can not use the next person correctly, resulting in me moving the box to climb the stairs when I checked in. I also met other residents to break the mouth, all in all, the strange experience is +1

我我知道我不知道lEspecially clean! The design of the room is particularly user-friendly, and it feels very convenient to use. Just like at home, the shower in the toilet is not running at all. There are only a few rooms in the hotel, and the door is not obvious. Breakfast was good too. The location is very good, a few hundred meters from St. Peter's Basilica, a few hundred meters from Saint Angel Castle, and only a few hundred meters from the subway station.

AAnonymous UserIt should be like a homestay, like a four-bedroom large European-style house, one person comes to make breakfast every day. Breakfast is extremely simple (the last day has not been eaten - people have not come). If the same room staff are quiet. It should be a good choice.

SShangguguantouThe hotel is really old, so the room layout is a bit strange, but the area is large. For such an old hotel, the sanitation is well maintained. I am very satisfied with this. So the stay experience is quite comfortable.
As an old hotel, the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage! Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach any attraction in Rome. The hotel is almost in the center of the three major attractions of the Vatican/Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery, which is an absolute advantage. If you are traveling to Rome, it is highly recommended!
The front desk staff are several uncles, very good, very enthusiastic, and basically responsive. Help with luggage when checking in, and help make an appointment for a motorcycle in advance when checking out (the same price as a taxi, and we booked a Mercedes-Benz E class)
The hotel includes breakfast, but it is relatively simple, cheese/ham/bread/fruit/coffee/yogurt/milk. That's basically it.
There are several restaurants downstairs in the hotel, including a special pizza shop with affordable prices and great taste... There was still a queue at the door at 11 pm, and almost all of them were locals, friends, couples, dates, etc. I highly recommend it. I think it's better than those popular online celebrity shops in scenic spots on some red books.

GGuest UserThe location was okay, but I didn't change the towel once a day. However, there was a private toilet in the room and the wifi was very fast.
