Its location right in front of the station was incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around! The bath amenities were quite basic, just shampoo and soap, and there were no tissues, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the complimentary water and coffee in the common area were a huge plus! Overall, I'm very satisfied, especially since I chose this place for its excellent access. The kind owners also made me want to return!

First off, the front desk attendant was super warm and lovely. The hotel is located in an unassuming building, but the interior is luxurious, almost like something out of Harry Potter, with a very strong European vintage vibe. The room was also very clean. There's a small staircase that leads to the rooftop where you can see panoramic views of Siena. Breakfast was also delicious, with each person getting their own table, which was very enjoyable. Overall, it's a very worthwhile hotel. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or amenity kits. Europeans also don't use conditioner, which I found a bit hard to accept. This hotel isn't cheap, so it's a bit speechless that they'd expect guests to use a 10-in-1 shampoo/face wash/body wash product. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

Everything was very nice, clean and they were incredibly attentive. They contacted me the day before and guided me to the hotel, taking great care of us. The room was clean and warm, we will come again because it was a short stay. We especially thank Andrea very much.

First and foremost, if you value peace and quiet, definitely avoid this place. There are what look like large fans or blowers between the buildings, and from what I observed, every room except those facing the street is affected – and even those are noisy. On the upside, the cleanliness is good with daily sanitization, the price is decent, and the service attitude is also quite good. It’s a 7-minute walk to the subway station. During check-in, they demanded my credit card details, claiming it was in case of damage. I mean, what kind of ridiculous request is that? With my card info, someone could just shop on international websites; why should I hand it over to them? Who uses such methods in the 21st century? I don't know if this policy is only for foreigners, but seriously, just don't give it to them. Ctrip staff should really look into this; I’ve never encountered anything like it – this is a first.

The location was great! It's right near Termini Station, and you can easily catch the bus or train.
The only amenities provided are soap, so you'll need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but the bed was big and the room was spacious enough.
The hotel staff were very kind, and I think it's a great hotel!

The hotel is located five minutes walk from the metro station ”Republic Square” in an old building. The interior is modern and thoughtful. I had a two-story room with a huge bathroom. The mini bar was included in the room price. The room is clean, the linen and towels are snow-white, the cleaning is excellent. I recommend taking breakfasts, they are simply magnificent, in the restaurant on the roof with a panoramic view of the city and the bell tower of the old church, which is adjacent to the hotel. At the reception, the girls helped me navigate the city, answered all my questions, were very kind. I recommend the hotel to those who want to see Rome in a few days and get pleasant impressions

The hotel’s location is excellent—only a 7-minute walk from the train station, and most of Rome’s must-see sights are within about 20 minutes. If you want to stay in the center of everything, this place is a great choice.
However, the service was a nightmare. The elevator is almost a joke: maximum 2 people, extremely slow (luckily my room was on the 2nd floor). Maybe it’s cultural differences, but the staff here were the rudest I’ve ever experienced.
My flight from Nice to Rome was canceled, which meant I lost a night at the Hive. I called to ask for help canceling that night—it wasn’t my fault for not showing up—but both Trip.com and the hotel staff were completely unhelpful. Very disappointing and frustrating. My room was close to construction, non-stop noise over the night.
Bottom line: the location is great, but don’t expect any favors or kindness from the hotel. When you’re already stressed, their cold and unfriendly attitude will only make things worse.

This hotels location is great. It's near to everything.
I walked to the main tourist attractions.
The hotel room was great. I was expecting a single room, but I got a double, always a bonus.
The room is a little dated, but I quite liked that. It took me back to when I was a child going down the working man's club with my parents 🤣 keeping it retro , love it!
The room had everything I needed. It was clean and light (even had shutters and blacked out curtains, which made the room dark).
The staff were helpful & polite, which is all I ask for.
The only negatives were the tram line (which could be quite loud and rumble at times) & the hotel tax; they wanted it in cash/euros I didn't have any euros as I didn't think I'd need them, thinking I could pay with everything by card.
Other than that, a great stay in Rome.

AAnonymous UserThe most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome.
One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good.

WWongThe location is good and overall the room is comfortable. However it shouldn’t named “hotel” but Airbnb without breakfast service. The clause of reception period must be highlighted coz it’s only 4hours services a day . My flight from Vienna have been delayed by 4 hours and tried to call few times, either it’s no answer or incorrect number. Eventually when I arrived the hotel .I need to find other room to stay . It was my first time in my life i am not able to check in my reserved “hotel”. Since I am a regular traveler. It was such a bad experience.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the location is good, not far from Termini Station. My room was on the 5th floor, but it was clearly an older room. There is no elevator to the 5th floor, so you have to get off on the 4th floor and take the stairs to the 5th floor, but the brightness of the hallway is noticeably different and the 5th floor has a dark atmosphere. The room is locked with a card key up to the 4th floor, but you need a physical key to open and close the 5th floor.
It was clean, which was good, but the only downside was that the water pressure in the toilet was too weak. Sometimes the toilet paper doesn't flush down the toilet in one flush. I would like the 5th floor to be renovated as soon as possible.

IIOANNISVery nice hotel and close to Roma Termini. Very quick checking everything on line, using their own wifi. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was very roomy. I travel a lot for business, for short stays, so for me it was perfect. It also had a nespresso machine!
The area around the termini is very busy and lots of nice restaurants. Despite what some say, I felt very safe. If you eat, try the lamp chops Roma style in La Pergola restaurant around the corner from Numa Linea. Enhoy!
