If Seoul is considered a tourist destination, I'd say this place is located where you get off the subway in Bundang, transfer to a bus, and head towards Gwangju. It's a bit out of the way. If you prefer quiet, I recommend it. The room is clean, breakfast isn't bad, and the service is decent. To get to major tourist spots, you sometimes have to wait a while for a bus, but the subway is quick because Laurentina station is the terminal. It's 11 stops from Termini Station, which is the heart of the main tourist area, and 9 stops to the Colosseum. The subway is quick because Laurentina station is the terminal.

The hotel is close to Vatican City. The bus is not very convenient. It is suitable for driving students. The location of the hotel is very good. Very quiet. There is a large area.
