American Inn & Suites Romulus DTW Reviews

It was really terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone to stay here. They had free shuttle service, and we have already informed them prior to our arrival to arrange the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and they denied stating our driver is on a break. We had to arrange another shuttle to reach there. The receptionist was rude, too, and not welcoming enough not just for us but anyone. Pathetic room amenities, and they would block 50$ for their so-called in case damaging the room, which was already. I would definitely suggest looking somewhere else.

I missed my flight and made a last-minute reservation. When I checked in, they asked me what time I wanted to be taken to the airport and offered a service that allowed me to make reservations in one-hour increments, which was very helpful.

The room facilities are old, but the service is good. It is close to the airport and the car rental place, which makes it very convenient to rent and return the car. There are also many places to eat nearby. The price is cheap.

There's a Wendy's next door There is a Wendy's 🍔 next to it, which is very convenient.

Too bad the curtains didn't close properly.
