The service seemed very enthusiastic and would solve any problems we raised, but it was very unreasonable. There were only three cars in the parking lot when we arrived at 10pm. I don't understand why they arranged us in the room behind the reception when there were available rooms. It was not part of the main guest room at all. Therefore, the room was completely different from the pictures. The door opened to the parking lot, the bathroom window also faced the parking lot, and the courtyard was also a public area. There was no sense of security. It can be seen that this is a small hotel that is run with care, but it is really unreasonable to treat Asian customers who come from far away differently.

This is a beautiful property.  The food & service are top notch.  After touring Rondo & area we took advantage of the pool.  We had a lovely private deck.  Three hour (+) dinners sitting outside admiring the view were perfection.  You can remain private or enjoy pleasant conversation with other guests -- your choice.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Hotel la Fuenta de la Higuera. The view is simply unbeatable and great to take in over a lovely breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a glass of wine. The food is that of the highest quality and prepared with local products (the olive oil is a killer!) which makes each meal a feast. The brand new outdoor furniture is stylish and so is the decoration of the room. We love the personal touch that the owners have added, from tastefully chosen art pieces to a pretty unique CD collection. Our room was large, the mattress of high-quality and lovely with our own private terrace by the rose garden. The swimming pool is just perfect to cool down between visiting Ronda or other activities (we did some incredible horseback riding in the area and wished we had stayed longer). We will definitely be back in this little paradise!

Another wonderful stay at Hotel La Fuente De La Higuera. The location just outside Ronda is stunning and our room had the most beautiful view. The half board package is good value as the evening meal was absolutely delicious. We will certainly return again!

You will not regret your stay in La Fuente. Friendly staff looking after you in wonderful comfortable surroundings. Food and wine is some of the best ever we tasted. Dinner menu changes every day and is always the best of local produce. Pablo and the staff could not be more helpful. You will need a car to get about but a small inconvience for the joy of this Hotel.

My husband and I spent two nights after a three visit to Spain exploring the Andalusia region. It was the perfect way to decompress and process this amazing trip. The beautiful grounds, great staff, delicious food all made for a perfect ending to a great trip.

A beautiful hotel out in the countryside with a wonderful view and easy parking. The room was huge and very comfortable. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. It was a shame that it was just an overnight stay, so we couldn't take advantage of the great looking pool. Dinner was delicious, although we felt rather rushed by the staff. We'd barely finished one course before the next one arrived. I would have liked a good 5 minutes between courses to digest my food! Perhaps the staff could check with guests whether they'd like more time between courses in the future? Breakfast was delicious too, with the bonus of eating at my own pace, on the sunny terrace.
