Apartamentos Ronda Luz

Things must have gone further downhill since 2019. This place could never be exceptional and receive 5 stars unless the owner wrote the review. The rooms all had mould on the walls as had the towels. We had to buy new towels. The furniture is worn out. There is no front desk. The equipment is minimal. The WiFi signal is weak. Every expense and attempt at making this place attractive have been avoided. There is no key so it is insecure. There are no instructions in case of fire or emergency. There were just 3 clothes hangers in the bedroom on the unit that was falling over. We booked 7 nights and left after 2 fearing I'll health and despondency. Yes it's near the station and there is a car parking space in the bowels of the earth, all the better for a quick escape to somewhere else. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments but rarely one as poor and overrated as this. Pictures below show some of the above. We have asked for and so far have been refused a refund.
