The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and varied. Five-star rating.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Both the facilities and room service were commendable. However, the experience of dining in the main building with local friends was disappointing. For a star-rated hotel, the professionalism of the catering service needs significant improvement. From the managers in suits to the frontline staff, none demonstrated the expected professionalism and basic etiquette. In particular, a female manager in a suit, with fair skin, although not directly serving us, was cold and arrogant, lacking basic politeness and interaction, which made us feel uncomfortable. Such service attitude is far from the standards expected of a star-rated hotel. We hope the hotel can strengthen the training of the catering team, especially the managers, in service awareness. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities and rooms, but the catering service definitely lowered my overall impression!

We stayed in the annex for two days in early September with a child. There weren't many guests. The room was sturdy and spacious, with a good location and convenient access to the beach. The breakfast on the first day was quite substantial; we even saw someone doing a live stream. The room had a dehumidifier, so it didn't feel damp. The cleaning staff, a tall and imposing man, were rather careless in their cleaning, which seemed to be their habit. Another complaint is that the shampoo and shower gel were in very small packets, and the storage shelves were too narrow to stand upright. Considering it wasn't peak season, the price of over 350 yuan per night didn't seem to match the cost.

第一次入住榮成石島酒店 酒店是一個集團 沿海分佈多幢酒店 新舊都有 其中吃早餐的珠海樓感覺最新 裡邊有健身房 桑拿 游泳池 早餐不錯 品種豐富

房間比較小，有點像快捷酒店的房間，雖然比較老舊了但是打掃的還可以吧，離海很近，主要就是離海近才定的，送水浴和泳池票，户內户外泳池任選一個，沒定早餐所以不知道79一位的自助早餐啥樣，一張圖也沒拍，因為覺得沒啥可拍的

住的里港灣樓，由於是第一次來對賓館不太瞭解，住下來的感覺是方便，出門就是大海，石島公園大魚島公園步行五分鐘就到，晚上去廣場很多本地居民鍛鍊遛娃還有表演，非常熱鬧，石島賓館的海邊棧道一定要去，我們離開時剛好颱風忑來，海水拍打礁石非常壯觀但要注意安全。酒店整體非常老舊了，離海邊近就自帶點潮濕感，還好沒有黴味。除了地理優勢別的沒什麼好誇的了，看在大海的份兒上能住吧。特地打卡了《耀眼》的主攝地大魚島村就在附近

23年來過一次，我老公一直心心念念。那種老牌國營賓館，設施不算新，海德樓的房間價格低很多，但是和主樓共享室內外泳池。石島比萊州、淄博、北京這些地方都涼快，酒店門口的景仁餡餅很好吃。就是來休閑度假玩玩水還是挺好的，周邊有兩個公園，遊玩設施特別多，孩子玩的很開心。

酒店環境很好，很大，有自己的泳池，還有小朋友愛玩的沙灘。我們住的海港樓，帶小朋友定的雙床房，但是分配的3樓房間設施不好，進門的門頂在入户的必經路上，小朋友和大人都撞到了腳趾，疼了很久。海港樓的房間沒有可以拉動的花灑，衹有頂噴，不是很方便。房屋衞生有死角，本來訂了三晚，第一晚體驗感不好，果斷換地方住了，雖然服務員態度很好，同意第二天幫我換房，但是經過考慮決定不續住。
