Bufu Seaweed Art Villa

The environment, room, and service were all great, but the restaurant's hygiene was terrible. While eating breakfast, there were an average of three flies buzzing around each person.

The seaweed house is so unique and dreamy, like a fairy tale cottage. As soon as you step into the courtyard, you're enveloped by a natural ambiance! Lush greenery, dappled sunlight, and looking out the window from bed feels like gazing at a series of oil paintings 🖼️—so romantic and beautiful. The surrounding environment is very quiet, with only the occasional rustling of leaves in the breeze, pure white noise for a good night's sleep 😴. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful 😋, with fresh shrimp noodles, whole grains, milk, and more.

The owner's aesthetic sense is amazing! Every corner of the courtyard is a miniature scene, and each room offers a different view. The architectural beauty is truly captivating, making you want to linger. It's so beautiful! If you appreciate tranquility and nature, you should definitely come often. Each season offers a different kind of beauty, and a visit is truly therapeutic. The people of Weihai are wonderful too! Facilities: Electric curtains, smart toilet Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Before we arrived, we mentioned we had children, and they even prepared tatami mats for them to sleep on. Environment: Beautiful Service: Top-notch

The location is a 5-10 minute drive from Swan River, which is quite convenient. The room itself is beautiful, with a unique style, clean, quiet, and has a light-blocking zipper. The bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is also excellent, and the service is attentive and considerate. A perfect 10/10! I will definitely come again next time.

Our three-day, two-night stay at 17 Flowers was fantastic, receiving rave reviews from the whole family. During our trip to Rongcheng, it rained every day, but staying in the seaweed-roofed courtyard was anything but boring. There were flowers, grass, and small animals (we saw little frogs and earthworms outside!). The kids explored the paths, while the parents leisurely brewed tea inside. The hidden gem of a restaurant in the guesthouse is also worth mentioning – surprisingly, it wasn't advertised at all! After eating there, we never wanted to use Dianping (a Chinese review platform) to find local food again, because the local specialties were right here at this guesthouse!! All the fresh ingredients were personally selected by the owner, and the kids ate with gusto. The owner even cooked the shrimp we caught while beachcombing for free! My husband said he'd definitely bring friends and family next time!

Hidden in the village, the Chinese aesthetics are meticulously designed, from the architectural style and garden landscape to the interior decorations. The exquisite breakfast is nutritionally balanced, with ingredients carefully selected by the owner. I even had incredibly sweet pumpkin, which my mother still fondly remembers. The warm and attentive service made me feel right at home. I'd stay here even in winter to see the swans.

The location is not far from Swan Lake, in a small village. The environment is quite nice, and the facilities are good, but the service is a bit lacking. The swimming pool water is changed every 5 days, and the bottom of the pool was a bit dirty when I went. Breakfast was quite good, filling, and served individually. Dinner was not so good, the taste was average, and the room privacy wasn't great, although the room facilities were acceptable. Overall, it was okay.

Warning! Warning! There are snakes! There are snakes! There are snakes! There are snakes! There are snakes! Think twice if you're bringing children! It's right there in the bushes! Putting everything else aside, safety is impossible to guarantee! There are snakes as long as an adult's arm! Anyone lying to me is a coward! I was so scared I checked out immediately! And the location is indeed a bit remote.

The rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, the housekeeper was very attentive, and the food in the cafeteria was delicious and reasonably priced; you could even buy seafood and have it cooked yourself. It's worth mentioning that the overall design of the guesthouse was superb, with an ambiance comparable to high-end guesthouses in the south, and the small decorative touches were quite commendable. The only area for improvement would be adding a laundry room with drying services; that would significantly enhance the experience.
