"We had an amazing experience at the Hilton, Toronto. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around. The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful! We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning. Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well. We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)"

The only service available were the security guards who weren't there to answer questions but they did a good job. An advisory pack in the suite giving some information on how things worked, environment, what we could and couldn't expect would have been helpful. Otherwise all good."
