"The hotel's decor is exquisite and grand, and the room feels very cozy with a style I really liked. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a pleasant aroma. The overall layout of the room is very minimalist. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. They offered complimentary 'goodnight milk' every evening and even helped upgrade my room. They also recommended many authentic Chongqing dishes and provided a comprehensive guide to exploring the hotel's amenities. The hotpot they suggested was delicious. The hotel breakfast, served on the 12th floor, offered a wide variety of options, including local Chongqing noodles, wontons, German sausages, cold dishes, and hot dishes. The hotel offers excellent value for money. Besides a gym, laundry room, and conference rooms, there's also a bar and a swimming pool – all facilities are complete and well-maintained. The bar on the 13th floor is perfect for photos and offers a great view of the 18 Stairs at night. In winter, you can even enjoy a 'fireside tea' ceremony, which was a wonderful experience. The location is also very convenient, right in Chongqing's city center, with a subway station right outside, making it easy to get around during my trip. Every time I passed the front desk, the staff would proactively greet me, which was very thoughtful. Upon check-in, I was offered a warm cup of tea, which was a lovely touch. The room's hygiene was also impeccable, with no strange odors. The window's soundproofing was excellent, the internet was fast, and the air conditioning temperature was just right. Overall, my experience was fantastic; I couldn't find a single fault. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"Upon check-in, the front desk specially upgraded us to a balcony room free of charge. As expected from a state guesthouse, the gardens are grand and a sight to behold in themselves. After checking in, I took my family and children for a stroll around the gardens. The breakfast buffet was very rich and delicious, and the room was spacious. They even provided complimentary imported snacks. When we left, the front desk staff specifically gave a large plush toy to our little one. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chongqing."

"This was my first time visiting Fairy Mountain (Xiannvshan) with my family, and I felt so incredibly at ease after checking in. The place was spotless, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. Every morning, I could open the window to a beautiful mountain view, and at night, I'd see the stars and moon. I also really loved the natural wood design style here, and I enjoyed the breakfast every day, especially my favorite shredded potatoes, haha! The owner was also very kind and even gave us rides to the Fairy Mountain Tourist Center. Oh, and the shower here had instant hot water, which was a huge plus for us Guangdong folks, haha! We loved it so much after staying for several days that we extended our stay for another day. We even took a photo with the owner before leaving. I'm leaving my honest review as a passerby here, and I'll definitely be back next time! I hope they keep up the great work!"

Waking up to the sound of birdsong in the morning and drawing back the curtains to that healing greenery instantly washed away all my travel fatigue. The room has a simple yet sophisticated wooden design, and the warm lighting made me feel incredibly relaxed. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch, and the vanity was spacious and bright. Every detail showed great care. To find such a tranquil room amidst the bustling city of Chongqing was a truly delightful surprise. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

"This was my first time staying here, and overall it was great. The hotel is right next to a hot spring, and it's quite close to popular spots like Xiahaoli and Longmenhao. The room was clean and tidy, and they even provided small face towels. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful."

"I've booked this place many times, and the experience is always fantastic! The decor is really atmospheric, and the location is excellent. Even though it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is great. There are tons of good restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is also incredibly generous and can even be delivered to your room. The butler service is very attentive too. But what I'm most satisfied with are the bed linens. I stayed here in the summer, and they have this cool-feeling duvet that is incredibly comfortable, very breathable, and soft. It's truly the most breathable and comfortable bedding I've ever experienced in a Chongqing hotel! Highly, highly recommend!!!!"

"An amazing experience! The room was cozy and comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and spotlessly clean. We also bought hot spring tickets; the hot springs are surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. This stay at Tianci Huatang Forest Hot Spring Hotel was such a delightful surprise! Living next to the forest, with a scenic view from the window, it was so peaceful and pleasant. The room quality was high, and the hot spring pools were clean and unique. I also had a SPA massage, and the technique was very professional. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place for my future vacations!"

There's a restaurant directly below the restaurant, where you can enjoy food, drinks, coffee, and wine in an elegant environment. "Xiao Tan and Xiao Ma were excellent, such a smooth check in and awesome service at any hour. A great breakfast variety and the room was super modern and clean. Location is really convenient, great to walk around the ”old town” and with the metro line 1 close by (which took me all over Chongqing) that's an added bonus. Thanks for a great stay, we enjoyed our recent two night stay with this hotel and their very competent, warm and friendly staff."

"Environment: The room was very comfortable, clean, and extremely quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. My baby slept soundly. They even provided baby-specific toiletries, which made our multi-day stay very convenient. The outdoor air was also great; it would be even better to visit on a sunny day. Service: Excellent! All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly to children. A few days before our arrival, a staff member called to ask if I needed a playpen, a baby gate, and a potty training seat, which was very thoughtful. While I was dining with my child alone at breakfast, a server even came to help us prepare our meal and bring it to our table. Dining: We booked for two days and I was initially worried there wouldn't be many food options upstairs, but the hotel offered both Chinese and Western cuisine, and it was much tastier than I expected. There were also plenty of dining choices outside the hotel, which was really great."
