"Getting there: Many people mentioned its proximity. From Wan Chai MTR Exit A1, as some Trip.com users said, you'll see a McDonald's opposite. Turn right and keep walking, and the hotel will be on the other side of the road. From Exhibition Centre MTR Exit A3, the footbridge network is extensive. It's best to ask for directions, but it's roughly turning left at the first exit, going into a mall-like area, then continuing until you reach the hotel's footbridge. Outside, there are only up escalators, no down. Be careful to enter through the automatic doors of the building connected by the footbridge; there's a hotel sign. Follow the signs until you reach the hotel's ground-floor restaurant. The front desk is on the G floor, by the way.
The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied, with all my favorite Western and dim sum options. The pudding was so good! 😋 Note that the milk and soy milk are served cold.
Equipment-wise, everyone needs to be aware: the Type-C charging port was broken! Only one USB port worked; the others were all faulty!!! I couldn't charge my power bank; I had to charge my phone first, then the power bank. The staff didn't understand me, and after explaining for a while, I asked to change rooms, but they replied that most rooms have broken outlets... Finally, they gave me a standard adapter... I just wonder what good that did. In the end, I had to cross the road to a computer store and pay 30 HKD for a USB to Type-C adapter, which was ridiculously expensive. On Pinduoduo in mainland China, it's just a few kuai, and on JD.com, it's about ten. I even checked out the Wan Chai computer center and some street shops, and they all had similar prices...
The room description said it had a bathtub, but it didn't, so I brought my bath liner and bath bomb for nothing! However, the shower had really hot and strong water, which was good.
The staff were all very friendly! 👍"
