"The hotel does not match the photos. The interior looks quite worn and outdated, and it is unclear when it was last renovated. Overall, the place feels rather old. The only real advantage was the view from the window. However, the balcony is not comfortable for relaxing. The elevators are also old and somewhat strange. It gets very hot inside. The air conditioning only works when you are in the room, so every time you return it is very stuffy and uncomfortable. There is no privacy at all: the toilet and shower are not properly separated and are completely transparent. One small positive point is that it was possible to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out. The location has its drawbacks. The street is very busy, and calling a taxi can take time, plus it is not very convenient for pick-up. The only convenience is that in the evening you can easily walk to the night market, which starts right next to the hotel in the same area. If you came specifically for the market, it may be suitable. Otherwise, most other places are quite far away."

The blue and white French style is super sophisticated, and every corner is picture-perfect. "Facilities: The French aesthetic is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor featuring lush greenery paired with black and white – perfect for photoshoots. We had airport pickup service in a spacious GL8 business seven-seater. The lobby offers complimentary self-serve refreshments like fresh flower cakes and Pu'er tea, plenty for everyone. The room also thoughtfully provided disposable bath liners and toilet seat covers, which was very convenient. Cleanliness: All the glass throughout the hotel was spotless. However, the room's disinfection needs improvement. Before going to bed, I found a lot of large ants near the sink, which scared me! Thankfully, the butler responded quickly and brought insecticide. Environment: It's right in the city center, and the soundproofing is decent. Getting a taxi can be a bit of a hassle due to potential traffic, but it's very convenient for walking around, and it's close to Gaozhuang."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Starlight Night Market. The river-view rooms offer a direct view of the Lancang River, the Starlight Night Market, and White Elephant Beach! I stayed on the south side of the river for New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks show, and this time staying on the north side was a great, varied experience! They upgraded our room to one with a river view, and the scenery is beautiful. However, the bass from the Six Nations Music Plaza downstairs plays continuously until after 11 PM, so those with heart conditions should definitely reconsider!!! The hotel lobby is grand, fresh, and elegant, with a rich Dai ethnic flair. The reception staff's Dai traditional clothing is beautiful and graceful! There are welcome drinks in the lobby! The hotel offers free hot springs, a water park, and an infinity pool. The hot spring water is relatively clean, but a few pools had some moss, which I suggest they clean promptly! The pool faces the Lancang River directly, making it perfect for photos! Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options! The service was warm and friendly; staff actively smiled and greeted guests! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!"

The location of the accommodation is incredibly convenient – we could walk to the Starlight Night Market and all the popular restaurants in Gaozhuang, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The room was cozy and comfortable, clean and bright, making us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The owner is super nice and communication was incredibly smooth; they were always ready to help. Since we didn't drive ourselves, we inquired about a private car service at the guesthouse, and the price was very fair and reasonable. What was even more surprising was that the driver we got was also excellent. Not only did he drive safely, but he also proactively recommended attractions and helped us plan our itinerary, offering many practical travel tips that made our entire trip worry-free and fulfilling. This thoughtful and convenient accommodation experience has already made me quietly decide – next time I visit, I will definitely choose this place again!"

"I came here with my colleagues and their kids, and we stayed at the Sheraton Yunnan Hotel. They offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, and we were quite happy with the results from Anman Photography. The staff were friendly and skilled. The photo session was relaxed with no hard-selling. The photographer was excellent at finding the right angles, and the lighting and expressions in the photos turned out great. The final pictures look natural and appealing. It was good value for money, and I'd definitely consider them again for future photoshoots."

"The room facilities were actually quite well-maintained, not as old as I had imagined. Our butler, Victoria, upgraded us to a family room beforehand, which my child loved, especially the Ultraman theme. However, we had to switch rooms because of noise from the neighbors and upstairs. The breakfast's wide rice noodles were delicious, and the à la carte dishes at the Chinese restaurant were also good. But the Jingpo hand-grabbed rice set from the package was really unappetizing. In the evening, the hotel had a bonfire party, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. It was quite lively. However, the activity experiences at the hotel were very disappointing. We tried making Dai pottery and painting umbrellas, but there were no aprons for the kids, and the staff provided no guidance whatsoever, basically ignoring us. When making the Dai pottery, the clay was a bit dry, and I wanted to add some water. The staff member impatiently said that adding water would make a mess and be too dirty. I can only say that this person is not suitable for this position."
