"I booked this hotel for the private in-room hot spring and the rooftop dipping pools, and it turned out to be an incredibly wise decision! Jiuzhaigou was snowy and freezing during New Year's Day, and after leaving the park entrance, it was less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the hotel. It's very quiet, but there are a row of restaurants across the street, so you don't have to worry about finding food in the evening. In the afternoon, I went back to my room and soaked in the private bathtub – it was so comfortable! The room's air conditioning was also incredibly powerful, keeping it quite warm. The rooftop dipping pools on the third floor were open until 10 PM. When no one was using them, insulation mats were used to keep them warm. The space isn't huge, but the ambiance is absolutely fantastic, facing the mountains across a river. Even in sub-zero temperatures, it didn't feel cold. Breakfast was also very generous, definitely enough food, so there's no need to spend money eating out. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Jiuzhaigou in winter!"

"This was my first time visiting Jiuzhaigou with a friend. Since we had an early start, we needed breakfast at the hotel, which led us to this one. I found the food quite varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The hotel environment was also very pleasant, with a novel design. Our room had central air conditioning, and the hotel butler even helped us with our luggage and brought takeout to our room. It's less than a five-minute walk from the Moon Bay bus stop. On our second day, we could easily get a ride to the scenic area entrance, and the hotel even arranged a shared car to the high-speed rail station. Overall, I was extremely satisfied."

"Staying at Jiuzhaigou Mushan Hotel was an absolutely divine experience! The environment is like a natural oxygen bar, surrounded by lush green mountains. Opening the window reveals the crisp, clear mountain views of Jiuzhaigou – it's so tranquil and therapeutic. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and odorless, the bedding was fresh and soft against the skin, and even the public areas were pristine. Every detail showed great care. The service was incredibly thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and attentive, responsive when needed but never intrusive, which made us feel truly welcomed. The facilities were a pleasant surprise. The infinity pool on the second floor is absolutely stunning; the water is crystal clear, and while swimming, you can gaze upon the layered mountain scenery, feeling as if you're floating within a natural painting. The infinity hot spring was even more healing; the warm water enveloped my body, and with the distant mountains and mist, all fatigue vanished instantly. After a soak, I felt warmth radiating throughout my body. This hotel, which combines beautiful scenery, pristine cleanliness, and thoughtful service, is definitely the top choice for a trip to Jiuzhaigou. "The pros: They contacted me in advance to tell me how to get there, the lobby is beautiful, and there's central heating, so it's warm as soon as you enter the room. The location is great, right by the Songcheng Scenic Area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The cons: The room facilities are very basic. Some switches are not sensitive, and the soft furnishings have scuffs and haven't been maintained. The worst part is that water from the shower leaks out from under the door, making the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast selection is also limited. They offer a shuttle service to the scenic area in the morning, but there's only one car, so you have to wait for round trips. Overall, paying almost 500 yuan for this B&B isn't really worth it; it would be better to book a regular hotel instead."

"This is the best hotel I've stayed in for years! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou with some extra time; it's absolutely worth spending a relaxing night here. Facilities: 1. Excellent quality toiletries. The comb was so cute and practical, I took it home! 2. Complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. 3. Smart toilet with heating. 4. Super large TV with screen casting capabilities. 5. The sofa in the room is incredibly comfortable. 6. Soundproofing is excellent. Every single facility in the room is thoughtfully designed, and the smart home system is incredibly convenient. Environment: The environment is simply incredible! Firstly, the hotel has an outdoor heated pool (perfect for a hot spring soak, and doing so at the foot of the snow-capped mountains was an amazing experience). Secondly, there's an outdoor coffee area with direct views of the snow-capped mountains. Lastly, the breakfast is very rich and varied. While many standalone hotels might only offer some noodles, this place has a huge selection of delicious options in the morning, especially the high-quality mini cakes and croissants. There's also a cozy bar in the evening. We even got a complimentary room upgrade during the off-season, which meant we could enjoy an indoor hot spring bath – it was fantastic!"

"This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, and the lounge area offered an unbeatable view with floor-to-ceiling windows that truly opened up to the mountains. The scenery was beautiful, perfect for reading, drinking tea, or just relaxing. The buffet breakfast had a rich variety of options. The location is convenient, just about ten minutes from the park entrance. It seems to be the largest hotel in the area, with various restaurants and supermarkets right outside. It's also right next to the 'Romantic Show of Jiuzhai' (Qian Gu Qing), making it very convenient to catch a performance. The butler service was excellent, and they were very responsive to any requests. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Location is good. Many eateries around the hotel. If you book commercial bus from huanglong jiuzhao train station, we alight at the front of the hotel. But we need to take taxi to national park which is only 5 mins drive, and many taxi are waiting in front of the hotel."

"## Facilities: Upon check-in, the stopper in the first room's bathtub was broken. We were upgraded to a different room, only to find all the toiletries were empty bottles. There were also spiders and bees in the room. I understand this can happen in mountain areas, but it indicates a lapse in room inspection. The bedding, however, was excellent. ## Hygiene: Quite good overall. ## Service: I suggest turning on the heating in advance based on guests' arrival times so the room is warm. Also, guests should be informed about precautions for high altitudes, as most people have limited knowledge about high-altitude sickness and aren't aware of the hotel's exact elevation to prevent it. The package price was reasonable, but the menu design needs improvement – I recommend redoing it. I also advise all guests to park their cars at the bottom of the mountain and not drive up. The road is extremely bad, full of hairpin turns, and will test both your driving skills and your vehicle's condition. ## Environment: The designer has excellent taste and a high level of skill, as does the owner. The bed canopy, in particular, immediately transported me to the Maldives. On the second day, it snowed, and watching the snow from the room was a unique and delightful experience."
