"The cleanliness was acceptable, but the carpet looked a bit old and seemed to only get basic cleaning without proper maintenance. I checked in after 10 PM, so there was only one staff member at the front desk. There was a difficult guest in front of me, who also booked through ***********, complaining that the hotel didn't clearly state that her room had no windows and was trying to demand a room change. However, the hotel was fully booked, so her request couldn't be met. I booked through Trip.com and clearly saw the 'no window' disclaimer, so I found her complaints a bit unreasonable and felt impatient while waiting, as she was holding up the line for everyone else. Although they did prioritize us afterward, I still feel like they could use one more staff member during that time. Overall, at least the cleanliness was decent, providing a comfortable environment to rest. It's just the carpet that could use some maintenance – it's a bit... old, and I don't think it's been professionally cleaned. That's something that needs improvement."

"We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room."

"I loved my stay at the hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great city view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect to getting around on the MRT. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Highly recommend!"

"It is situated rather close to airport, hence a bit far from everything else, especially good food. However is of walking distance to some major Japanese department store. The main thing of note is the lobby is situated on the 25th floor. One take one lift up to lobby and then another lift to rooms every time. The rooms were spacious, but the bottom of beds were not vacuum for days. Amenities were minimal and do not reflect on price of room. Electrical sockets were limited and USB sockets don’t work. Many of the decorations in the hotel or the rooms are not suitable for kids. The building itself seems new as many shops at low levels are not open or only at certain times. Hotel staff didn’t mention or introduce the surroundings at all during check-in. House keeping staff were courteous and hard working. Lobby staff was not friendly. Reception was spent most of the time reminding rules, rather than welcoming. Their lobby bar is a cigar bar and the reminded me they only have expensive whiskey and no wine by the glass. The staff from tea place with the stunning view of the city reminded me they are closing soon. The ground concierge was not welcoming nor helpful except for one girl who nodded every time we enter the building. The pool staff and lobby staff corrected my mandarin a few times. Lastly, the was an incident at the pool, as I heard a boy stepped on a piece of glass. There was a lot of blood. I cannot comprehend why there was a piece of glass not cleaned by the pool. There are two restaurants by the pool and one of them was a bar. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But the software is far from up to par or this price."

"This is different setting room that is clearly interesting (in a good way). The big space for wash and shower is facing the mountains, which is quite good."

"One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Super clean, comfortable, staff is super attentive and friendly.. really everything perfect. It was my birthday when I checked out and they even gave me a present.. unbelievably nice! I would always come back here and can highly recommend. And the pool is awesome too! Great place!!"

"Great hotel a bit far from everything. They refused to refill the regular tea, I requested 2, said I have to buy, then I said u can give us just one. Also said only refill for more than 1 day, not sure just communication or real issue. I was a little sick, so I had a good rest. Breakfast was avg for me as I don’t eat pork, so I didnot have much choice."

"Smooth check in. Staff was helpful when I have questions about my booking and my room. Gave me options and solved my doubts. The room was upgraded and very spacious. Clean and nice services. Always good for a short stay in Silks. I like their rooms design and the materials use also. Especially the toilet in bathroom. Will stay again"
