There was absolutely no pet odor, and the cleanliness was impeccable. "We stayed at the Kaiyuan Resort Jiulong Lake Ningbo for two days with our child, and it was truly worth it! The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, with fresh air and stunning lake and mountain views right outside. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the family-friendly facilities were extensive, including indoor and outdoor children's play areas and a petting zoo. Our child loved it so much they didn't want to leave. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties. We also had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which had good food at reasonable prices. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's perfect for a relaxing one or two-night family getaway. The kids were happy, and the adults had peace of mind. We'll definitely be back!"

Amazing service from english speaking staffs, a lot of activities for children to play, indoor & outdoor playground, carousels, gokart, mini excavators, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, five star breakfast with lot of varieties Chinese & Western style, spacious room and many more. "The price-performance ratio is a bit poor, there is no breakfast, the room is small, and the 40㎡ body feels about 30. The facilities are also average, the shower heads are all directed at the wall, the hair dryer will fall down when picked up (see video), and the pillows have no support. In addition, the room smells musty, and you have to call room service to open and close the window. Sound insulation is another big problem. As long as the neighbor uses water, the whole room will buzz... It feels like the water heater is installed in our room 😂 Finally, when checking in, the front desk conducted reverse expectation management. I booked a luxury king bed, and told me that they helped us upgrade to a stylish king bed. I searched and found that it was 50㎡. As a result, I went out to play and came back to open the door. It was a room that was smaller than the 40 square meters. Why did I increase my psychological gap for no reason 😂 Is it a management problem or a credibility problem? The rooms in Ctrip's pictures are all large, but they are actually very small, not luxurious at all. The swimming pool is about 25*10 meters. After dinner, adults and children came up and couldn't swim well."

I have to give a special shout-out to Rose at the front desk – she was incredibly thoughtful! She proactively added me on WeChat a day in advance, sending me a super detailed hotel map and clearly outlining all the recent activities. Our communication was so friendly; even before arriving, it felt like a friend was helping me plan my trip. My impression of the hotel was already sky-high! After checking in, there were even more pleasant surprises. The room was incredibly spacious, with a very sensible layout. The bedding was so soft; I instantly felt relaxed lying on it. All the details were spotless, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel's scenery is truly breathtaking. Whether I was enjoying the view from the bay window in my room or strolling through the gardens, the gentle charm of a Jiangnan water town just enveloped me. The restaurant's dishes were also fantastic, very authentic, and absolutely no disappointments. Moreover, the service throughout the entire hotel was top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic. I'm truly delighted with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!"

"I searched the forest tree house and found this place. It was worth visiting. The whole resort is located in a valley, with the style of Southeast Asian rainforest. The main building and the house cluster in the lobby are made of wood, and the staggered stairs and goose stone trails are unique. Opening the balcony is like embracing this quiet valley and the sound of gurgling springs. I really enjoy this ethereal winter. Walking in the resort, I feel a little bit like hiking in Sumatra. The whole courtyard is well taken care of. The staff I met in the resort are very kind, especially the beautiful and gentle Manager Wang, who helped me in time. If there is a chance, I will stay again."

"The hotel is in the 5A-level scenic spot, the nearest 5A to home. Short-distance travel always feels almost meaningless, so I decided to stay in the scenic spot for two nights and find a sense of ritual. The hotel has a superior environment. On the mountainside of Xuedou Mountain, one step away from Qianzhang Rock and Xuedou Temple. The typhoon happened to come on the day of check-in. The black lights touched the hotel. The air had a faint fragrance of grass and ozone, which was very fresh. Awakening under the white noise of the wind and rain, it was amazing, the yard was unique, and it could be seen that the boss spent a lot of energy decorating and repairing. We have no special plans. The front desk Xiao Huang was warm and thoughtful and gave travel advice. We went up the mountain in the morning and had lunch at the hotel at noon. The chef’s green onion river carp was very good. The soup was all eaten. In the afternoon, I slept for the highest quality nap this year, and then continued to go shopping. I went to Xikou Town in the evening and experienced the cold drinks that Fenghua people were extremely addicted to. The next day I went to the mountain to hang out. I was very comfortable and enjoyed a trip."

"This is at least the best B&B I've stayed in in the past five years. I had planned to go to another place, but it was too late to make an appointment. This one I found on the spur of the moment was a pleasant surprise. The most impressive thing was the swimming pool in the courtyard. It was very clean. The owner said he also swims in the mornings. It's 1.5 meters deep and has life jackets and floaties for the kids. The room has a wooden peaked ceiling and smells of wood (a bit like the pine bed at home). We arrived a little before 8 p.m. that night and were greeted by a parking attendant (it was actually quite easy to find. Although the last section is a village road, it's well-lit and easy to drive). They even cooked noodles for us so we didn't have to wait for takeout. The room was incredibly large and even had screens. Each house has electric sliding glass doors, so there weren't many bugs in the room. I was lucky, though. I spotted a cricket and sent a WeChat message, and a waiter immediately came to take care of it. (There was also a brief water outage, which I didn't notice, but the waiter called to alert me.) I chatted with the owner's wife for a while, and she said this is their retirement home, where they still live. In the mornings, the owner waters and cools the yard herself. It just so happened that there were no other guests on our arrival day, so they offered to upgrade us to a family room for easier mobility. (But I still preferred the king room I booked; it was so spacious and had a pool view.) We had lunch the next day and were very satisfied. They gave us some delicious rice cakes as a gift before we left. Before I even left, I sent a recommendation to PYQ, and several friends immediately asked about it. It's truly great! I plan to visit again when I have time."

"Pros: Not long after booking, the staff called to inform me that my room type was upgraded (suite). The service attitude was very good, the check-in procedure was not delayed, the current environment of the hotel is also good, the hotel has a swimming pool with good water quality, free parking, and the rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The downsides are: the upgraded suite had an empty tatami mat on the left side of the bed, which was very strange. The doors of the shower and toilet open outwards, which is not good for placing a floor towel and water splashes easily, and it is easy to fall if you are not careful. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view but the glass facade is very dirty. The breakfast variety is not large and is average. The first day was okay. On the second day, I ordered a salad and pickled cucumbers for breakfast (the pickled cucumbers were mixed with dried radish). The restaurant said they ran out yesterday and opened a new one today, but how could there be dried radish in the newly opened pickled cucumbers? The salad leaves were rotten, and it was obvious that they were not cleaned or checked properly. Even after pouring salad dressing on them, you could still see the rotten leaves. After that, they called someone over to give me a set of excuses. I asked him if you could not see it if you were a guest, and he had nothing to say. Overall, it was okay. The receptionist Xiao Chen was also very attentive. From check-in to check-out, the hotel is also quite nice after being renovated. I hope that the InterContinental brand will get better and better."
