Qionghai Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made my stay more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring the room was tidy each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, which were convenient and well kept."

"During the May Day holiday, I traveled around Qiongzhou Peninsula for a few days. On my birthday, I stayed in this newly opened French-style hotel. The hardware and software were pretty good overall. 👍🏻 Facilities: The overall style and color of the hotel are completely within my aesthetic range. The facilities are quite complete, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a chess and card room, a restaurant, etc. For me, I like to eat Western food. The steak house is still under preparation. I like to play tennis, but there is no tennis court. It's a little regrettable. Hygiene: Very good. The waiter found that the bed sheet was slightly stained and immediately changed it. Full set of bedding Environment: The hotel is located on Boao Tinghai Road, close to the beautiful and clean sea. Service: Humanized service needs to be improved. We hope to provide guests with more sticky service. /PS: When checking out, I felt the professional, efficient and warm service of Xiaoxue at the front desk, which made up for some small regrets and disappointments of this stay. Welcome fruit on the first day: fresh fruits with various varieties Minibar: Lack of coffee machine, regrettable Overall rating: (8/10) Based on my own expectations"

"The hotel is in a very good location. The sea view room I stayed in was facing the Wanquan River estuary. The river view and the sea view were unobstructed. I could watch the bright moon over the sea at night and the sunrise in the morning on the balcony. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The housekeeper Quiet was attentive and considerate. He sent me the guide as soon as I checked in, which was very convenient for me to make arrangements. I will choose this hotel next time as time is limited."

"The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. In short, the hotel offers great value for money, and we extended our stay for two more nights! (Attached photos show the seaside scenery from the hotel's back door)"

"The black mold in the shower and on the curtains should be removed. The shower drained all over the bathroom. The blinds would not completely close. The balcony door would not close and lock. Great staff, our main door lock was fixed twice and very promptly, staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. But hot entres were cold as most left the lids open and it seemed there was no heat to keep items hot. Great plus to have a washing machine on the balcony!"

"The hotel is very close to the beach, so you can go for a stroll by the sea anytime. Our room was on the eighth floor, directly facing the ocean, offering a fantastic view. We received complimentary local snacks upon check-in and an Ai Cao (mugwort) wellness hammer as a farewell gift upon check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch."

"The room is clean and tidy, with a high-rise sea view and a wide field of vision, which is very suitable for family outings; it is close to the beach, the community is also very large, and it is close to the Nanhai Museum, which is suitable for self-driving tours, which is consistent with the product description"

"The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi."

"Decided to visit Qionghai from Sanya, and this hot spring hotel was our first stop. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service was excellent. Before we arrived, a staff member proactively reached out and helped us upgrade to a mountain view room. A special shoutout to YUE ZI at the front desk; she was incredibly warm and attentive, checking in on our stay experience and even sending up extra fruit. The hotel's hot springs are great, and the pool is fantastic too. We even caught a Christmas performance! It was a very pleasant stay, and we'd definitely come back if we have the chance. Thanks to the housekeeper!"

"Amy at the reservation center was very enthusiastic and introduced the activities during the May Day holiday. Fishing and shrimping, which my little friend really likes, was very fun. Informing in advance that we can take the transfer point bus for free at the transfer station avoided a lot of embarrassment. Especially Amy was very careful to remind us to pay attention to the weather and take good sun protection. It was a very considerate service. I will come to Boao next time."
