"This hotel exceeded our expectations! We got there late at night and they were very fast with the check-in. The room was lovely and very clean. It got better in the morning as we were able to explore the hotel with sunlight and the gardens and pool are beautiful!! 😍 After an amazing breakfast with a lot of food variety, we enjoyed the haifu experience included in the package. The staff allowed us to borrow two costumes and it was fun! A special mention to Song Hao. He was very nice and helpful. When we checked-out they drove us to the Giant Buddha. Everything in this hotel was 10/10! Hopefully we will come back one day!"

"The property was spotlessly clean, grand in scale, and beautifully decorated in a European style, making for a very comfortable stay. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which was much appreciated! The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even sent up fresh fruit, which was a lovely gesture. The picturesque surroundings truly gave it a resort-like feel – absolutely fantastic! The local scenery is charming, and the location is excellent, being very close to the Lingshan Grand Buddha. We enjoyed comfortable amenities, stunning mountain views right outside, and wonderful fresh air. Taihu Lake is also just a short distance away, and the nights were wonderfully peaceful. Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Thank you so much!"

"Our overall experience had a minor hiccup, but it was ultimately brought back to a perfect score by the heartwarming service. The room continued the hotel's signature Wu-style Jiangnan design, and the Taihu Lake scenery on the wall had a distinct local charm. However, upon check-in, we found the air conditioning's heating effect to be poor, and the room temperature never reached a comfortable level. After contacting the front desk, the duty manager, Torison, quickly came to inspect the room. He didn't shirk responsibility or give perfunctory answers; instead, he arranged a room change. Throughout the process, his communication was sincere, and the efficiency of his handling exceeded expectations, resolving what could have been a frustrating situation very smoothly. Indigo's 'neighborhood culture' inherently values human touch, and Torison's service perfectly exemplified this – occasional minor hardware flaws are easily offset when warm service makes you remember the thoughtful care."

"The hotel is a bit far from Taihu Lake, about 20 minutes. Kevin at the front desk was very polite and greeted me. His professional and efficient check-in made me feel his many years of service experience. He arranged a high-floor room for me, which was spacious, clean and tidy. Although the window faces the K11 shopping mall, there is no noise pollution. There are welcome fruits prepared in advance in the room. The decoration smell is indeed there. When checking in, Kevin introduced the room features in detail through simple communication, and also reminded of the details of breakfast dining time and swimming pool closure. He was really thoughtful. He also cared about my sleep quality the next day. It was really meticulous. There was a feeling of going home. The bar is on the top floor. Families who like it can consider it. The background music in the hotel lobby is very nice, but the lobby does not feel the aromatherapy smell of InterContinental. The overall experience is very good. I hope to meet Kevin again when I come next time. He is really considerate."

"This time the boss upgraded me to the second phase, and I and my friend's family enjoyed a villa and private bath. The boss is really nice. The environment is beautiful and clean. The room is also clean. The bath water is large and the temperature is comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is powerful. In addition to the private bath, there is a bathtub on the first floor for bathing. Overall, it is very comfortable and cozy. The private bath came on time at 7 o'clock to waterproof. I soaked in the drizzle for almost an hour. Dinner is also worth recommending. It was very delicious and I had two meals. The sauerkraut and pork intestines and lotus root dumplings were surprising. They were at the level of a big chef and a big hotel. It is not easy for the kitchen of a homestay to have this level. There is no pre-prepared food to fool people. The ingredients are real. 👍 Finally, there is the festive atmosphere. Many guests brought their dogs, and we set off fireworks together at night. It was a very unforgettable trip~"
