"had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again."

"Location in the center of naama bay. Close to all the cafes and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby. All the staff were very accommodating and polite. On the first morning of our stay we were given. Complimentary Drinks, snacks, and fruit. Which was brought to our room, along with a private invite to have dinner in the restaurant. We had a very pleasant staff."

"I think the biggest plus for this hotel is its affordability. It offers a very standard hotel experience. They give you a wristband to wear all night as your breakfast voucher for the next morning, which I found to be a really inconvenient rule."

"When we came for dinner on the first night, it was very nice and we were given free freshly squeezed juice. When we came on the second night, we encountered this employee. This employee was very rude. When we came to the restaurant and just sat down, he immediately asked for our room card to print the bill and asked us to sign to confirm the bill. This is very rude. When we asked about the juice, the employee said ”juice and food are charge”. He did not specify that the juice would be charged separately. And the juice we were given was not freshly squeezed. When I asked him about the juice, he said ”I told you” in a very unfriendly and rude tone without a smile. It was an ordering tone. I don't like this. When he asked me to sign to confirm the bill, he kept asking me to write my ”family name”. I wrote my ”family name” in Chinese. Later, he asked me to write it in English in a very fierce way. The whole wonderful trip of the hotel was ruined by him. Very angry. Originally, we had three days of itinerary in Sharm. But we will not choose this hotel again."

"We spent 5 days in a Junior Suite, the room is very nice recommended. Location is also perfect, you can find everything in the surrounding in a couple of minutes. Beach is sandy and a lot of fishes close to the shore. For us the room, beach and fishes the most important. Food was okay, nothing special, the same breakfast as in every hotel. The service was okay, but many times we couldn't order from the room service, because they were not available. If you want lot of nice fishes close to the beach and perfect location then it is recommended. Overall our stay was very nice."

"The hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation. Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special highlight was the massage by Heiba — it was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had, and she truly made our stay memorable. Huge thanks to her! The only downside was the breakfast. The selection is acceptable and you can find something to eat, but the quality of the products could definitely be improved."

"The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I could watch the sunrise right from the balcony, and the room service was excellent. It felt just like home, with no awkwardness of being in a foreign country. The environment was beautiful, truly beyond words. I just wanted to relax here, eating, drinking, and strolling around every day. All meals and drinks were free, and there were service points just a few steps away. The beach was stunning, the pool was very clean, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. This hotel is highly recommended! 😄"

"The most controversial hotel we've ever seen. At first, we were delighted: They gave us a room with a sea view for free and it's really wonderful, the view is incredible, most of the rooms overlook the courtyard with a swimming pool. The hotel grounds are very large, you get around by bus. The room itself looks nice. There's a bar in the pool with drinks and ice cream. That's all the pros. There were more disappointments. The girl was extremely stressed because the curtain in the toilet became transparent at night and you could see everything in the toilet from the room. I'm attaching a photo. The food wasn't very good, a C, usually you want to try everything in an all-inclusive package, but here you didn't want to. But at least there was something to eat in the main building at the reception! There were no seats in the dining room, an employee came up to us, showed us to a free seat and offered us a paid menu, which was confusing. There was also no tea/coffee in the dining room. We were in the far building and in the morning we didn't want to go to the bus to have breakfast and we went to the ”local” canteen, just a disappointment, I have never seen worse food anywhere, the only thing that was edible was pancakes, they were taken apart in 2 minutes and they didn't add more. At night the toilet started humming and at 1:50 the alarm went on, hissed, as if someone wanted to say something, but nothing was said and the hissing stopped. All this prevented me from sleeping, but not catastrophically. Somehow it is customary that when you go to bed, there is a master key by the bed, you press it and everything turns off, here there is no such thing, you walk around the room turning off each light separately. The air conditioner does not have a remote control and it is impossible to leave it overnight, since in the ”drying” mode at the lowest speed and at +26 it is very cold. All the pools are children's, deep, at least 1.5 meters. The staff is not the friendliest. While we were standing at the reception, nothing was decided in favor of the guest. Good manners are when the hotel allows you to eat or enjoy the hotel's amenities on the day of departure, for example, lie on the beach. Here, you will not even be allowed to drink, there is no talk of any food. The suitcase is at the entrance near the reception and you yourself cannot go further than the sofa... By the way, what finished it off was that even the sun curtain does not retract, the length of the curtain is only enough for half the window, and in the morning at 8 o'clock on our sunny side it was very bright. All this may not be very catastrophic for someone, but you do not expect this when you take a hotel for 10k. We took better hotels, half the price."
