"The service is very good. The environment is quiet and safe. There are McDonald's, Carrefour, pharmacies, etc. all around. I will choose this store next time I come here. It's a great experience. "Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved."

"This place is nice for a night. Not really near anything of importance, but if needing a place to stay before heading to the airport it's ideal. Near some restaurants in a seemingly dodgy part of town. The parking is a bit odd. I got stuck in the private parking for the apartment complex next door. When going into the parking stay to the left side. There's a nice pool and dining area to relax. Rooms are of great size and comfort. Very affordable in terms of a Crowne Plaza. Very good staff, was given a free upgrade. I highly recommend."

"Step into the sea of sunset The environment is really pleasant! I feel that I can step into the sparkling sea from the room, and even the bathroom is designed with light. In the afternoon, the coast downstairs is full of young people enjoying the sun, playing music, jumping in the sea, drinking beer, and being very happy. But at night it was very quiet, and there were waves as white noise, and I slept very comfortably. The hotel's top-floor open-air swimming pool and the bottom indoor swimming pool are divided equally, each with its own comfort. The hotel also intimately provides a small basket for easy bath towels. I thought there would be some distance from the city center, but I didn't expect to drive for a few minutes. Not far from the side is the prestigious sunset restaurant. Maybe the only problem is that there is no parking lot, and I look forward to thinking of a solution as soon as possible."

"Check-in was delayed by late preparation for house services. The front desk receptionists were inactive to tell us when the room was ready. The amenity was good and clean that deserved to have positive feedback. The hotel was located next to a beautiful stadium and attractive to football fans."

"Good location, balcony can see the sea view. The style of the hotel is very chic, the facilities are relatively complete, and a lot of snacks and drinks are prepared for the guests. For the price, the room size is relatively cramped; the cleanliness is passed, and some corners will look old; Many rooms are rented to individuals for a long time. The owner often plays loud music in it, and after they eat, they will put the plates and knives and forks directly at the door of the room. Seeing these dirty tableware, my personal perception is not very comfortable. It is usually not done in China. There are few convenience stores in restaurants around the hotel and it is far away."
