"Due to flight changes, we booked this hotel near the airport. The room facilities and breakfast are very good. The service staff's attitude is too bad. The hotel has a bus pick-up. When we called the hotel to inquire, they were impatient and hung up directly. We stopped a car and went to the hotel to check in. The one who answered the phone was very unfriendly! There are many people speaking Spanish here, and it's hard to communicate with those who are not good at English! I translated subtitles for them and they complained that the words were too small to understand."

"Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is around $30 per person, there are fruits, pastries, omelets, fish."

"The location is better, the cruise will take a taxi for ten minutes. If you walk to the las olas beach, it will take about 40 minutes, but it is very dry. The hotel is clean and tidy, and breakfast can be packed away. I brought my own tea and I can also use the coffee machine to boil hot water."

"First of all, I want to state that there is absolutely no racial discrimination. However, when I checked in at 3 a.m. after flying for more than ten hours, I walked into the store and asked the only black clerk, ”Hi, where is the reception?” The other party actually replied to me, ”I’m the only one here, are you blind?” I was shocked. I have been to so many countries, and this is the first time I feel the ”hospitality” of the people of Florida. Although the clerk apologized to me in the end and complained that he was always scheduled to work late and couldn’t go back to be with his children, so he was in a bad mood (he talked to me for a long time), but the first impression still refreshed my three views, and I finally gave a tip. However, the other employees are not bad, most of them are minorities, and the transportation is also very convenient. In short, it is a very ”strange” stay experience"

"When we got to the hotel (on time), the room was not ready. We were told to wait on the roof deck. That was fine because there was bar up there. But when we got there the bar was not open. So we had basically nothing to do while waiting for our room. So we had to take a walk down the road and cross a very busy road to go somewhere for food and drink. When we finally got our room a couple hours later (no discount for the missing hours we had no access to the room of course), the room was cute and clean. There was no lock on the bathroom door. At night we went down to the bar, as did everyone else staying there, and there was only one bartender/waitress for everyone which made service extremely slow. When it was time for sleep the light would not go out. We had to sleep with the light on all night. But other than that it was great!! LOL"

The only thing I needed to do was to make an appointment for the pick-up time at the entrance."
