"A very nice urban hotel with many tourist locations within reasonable walking distance. The staff is helpful and sweet, rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok, it lacks variety and simple food in my opinion. But afternoon tea is fantastic. The swimming pool is not big and the suntanning area has limited place, but it was right in our floor, so we enjoyed it as much as we could. The gym has no AC, so it was mostly useless for me, as I always lack air everywhere. Our room had a whole other room with a dedicated kitchen and washing machine and living area, which is fantastic. But it is placed very to some kindergarten around the corner, which was very load and audible."

"Unfortunately,our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.The problems started at check-in,where the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained.The blinds did not close properly,which meant no privacy at all-if you wanted to change clothes,people outside could see you,and relaxing or sleeping longer in the morning was impossible.The bathroom door also had blinds,so you could hear and smell everything,which was very uncomfortable. For a boutique hotel that claims to be 4-star,not providing a conditioner is unacceptable.The mirror showed signs of corrosion,the shower made strange and unpleasant noises, and the safe in the room did not work. On top of everything,waiting for the elevator took more than 20 minutes,which was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I definitely would not recommend this hotel."

"This is a one-bedroom apartment in a residential complex, complete with a living room and kitchen facilities. Check-in is around 5 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM. It's only a 15-minute walk to T2 airport, making it perfect for layovers or early morning flights. They even provided two complimentary instant noodles. For the price, it's really good value for money in Ho Chi Minh City."

The service is truly exceptional. The staff is highly efficient, professional, and courteous. Check-in and check-out processes are always swift and hassle-free . What impressed me greatly is the multilingual proficiency of the faculty; they are not only fluent in English but some also converse comfortably in Chinese, which is immensely helpful for international guests. Accommodations are spacious and well-appointed. The rooms are elegantly furnished with modern amenities, including comfortable beds, minibars, refrigerators, and complimentary Wi-Fi. While some guests note that certain areas of the hotel show slight signs of age, the rooms are maintained very cleanly. A minor point some travelers mention is that the air conditioning can be quite powerful. Dining options are a highlight. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, featuring a wide variety of choices from Vietnamese pho and Western pastries to sushi and fresh fruits. The hotel houses several restaurants, including Tung Garden for Chinese cuisine and Cafe Sai Gon for international dishes, ensuring diverse culinary experiences throughout the day. For relaxation and productivity, the facilities are outstanding. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or some laps, and the well-equipped fitness center allows you to maintain your workout routine. "This is my second stay here. Last time, my best friend chose this Japanese-style hotel for our trip, and considering we were in Vietnam, our expectations were tempered. But this place offers incredible value for money! 1. It's clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is incredibly quiet. 2. The service is attentive and meticulous. The front desk helped with check-in and room key activation. My daughter got shampoo in her eyes and was crying her eyes out; the front desk staff brought several bottles of purified water to rinse her eyes and even called later to check on her. 3. The king room has a bathtub, which is great for a relaxing soak. 4. The lobby offers complimentary facial masks, makeup remover, and lotion – plenty of goodies, remember to take advantage of them! 5. Additional tips: 1) The coffee shop across from the hotel, Conservo, has an amazing breakfast (the photos are of their breakfast). As for the hotel's breakfast, skip it. It's either $8 or $10, and there's nothing special about it. The hotel's lunch is decent, though. We ordered the Japanese udon set, and it was pretty good. 2) Surprisingly, there's a 4P's Pizza right behind the hotel, a must-try in Vietnam and highly recommended by reviews! It's absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying!!! It's a bit hard to find, requiring a bit of a walk around, but people at several nearby restaurants know where it is, so you can ask for directions. There was a girl at the front desk, I think her name was Grace, who provided excellent service – she was very enthusiastic, thumbs up! The other male staff members were also very attentive and friendly. Yes, they all deserve praise! 👍🏻 Oh, and a hidden gem: I discovered the hotel is only 800 meters from the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden, easily walkable. What a pleasant surprise! The first two pictures show the New Year's decorations, which were very festive, and my family took lots of photos."

"Absolutely a treat to at this place. The room is fairly new and spacious for us. The staff are friendly to help Us to store our luggage after checkout. Even though the included buffet is a bit lackluster but didn’t take away the good points of connivence and good space."

"This is a place you absolutely can't go wrong with; everyone can come confidently, it's pretty much exactly as described. The location is quite good, not far from the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride. For getting to the city center, similarly, hailing a Grab is very convenient and it's on the way. The price is decent, and they even have rooms with three beds, which is quite interesting."

Номер детализирован стильно, удобно, тк открылись недавно-не все нюансы предусмотрены уже, хотелось бы в душе иметь полочку под шампуни и прочее. Уборку в номере нужно заказывать - тоже нюанс, но несмотря на все это, общее впечатление 10/10 🫶🏼"
