"This is my second stay here. Last time, my best friend chose this Japanese-style hotel for our trip, and considering we were in Vietnam, our expectations were tempered. But this place offers incredible value for money!
1. It's clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is incredibly quiet.
2. The service is attentive and meticulous. The front desk helped with check-in and room key activation. My daughter got shampoo in her eyes and was crying her eyes out; the front desk staff brought several bottles of purified water to rinse her eyes and even called later to check on her.
3. The king room has a bathtub, which is great for a relaxing soak.
4. The lobby offers complimentary facial masks, makeup remover, and lotion – plenty of goodies, remember to take advantage of them!
5. Additional tips:
1) The coffee shop across from the hotel, Conservo, has an amazing breakfast (the photos are of their breakfast). As for the hotel's breakfast, skip it. It's either $8 or $10, and there's nothing special about it. The hotel's lunch is decent, though. We ordered the Japanese udon set, and it was pretty good.
2) Surprisingly, there's a 4P's Pizza right behind the hotel, a must-try in Vietnam and highly recommended by reviews! It's absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying!!! It's a bit hard to find, requiring a bit of a walk around, but people at several nearby restaurants know where it is, so you can ask for directions.
There was a girl at the front desk, I think her name was Grace, who provided excellent service – she was very enthusiastic, thumbs up! The other male staff members were also very attentive and friendly. Yes, they all deserve praise! 👍🏻
Oh, and a hidden gem: I discovered the hotel is only 800 meters from the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden, easily walkable. What a pleasant surprise!
The first two pictures show the New Year's decorations, which were very festive, and my family took lots of photos."
