Ich und mein arbeiter wollten ohne reservation in der perle zu mittag essen. Beim eingang warteten wir um eventuelle platzzuweisung. Als der chef uns sah, sprang er fast auf uns los und sagte mit einem sehr rauen unfreundlichen ton, dass sie ausgebucht seien und dass er rücksicht auf die küche und deren tragbarkeit schauen müsse. Solch ein umgang mit kunden ist auch in stressigen situationen unprofessionell und unaktzeptabel. Für uns eines der letzten restaurants, dass wir nocheinmal betreten würden.

Accueil très souriant de la part du responsable, la nourriture (le steak tartare végétarien) était délicieux, surement un des meilleurs tartare végétarien que j'ai gouté, et un staff (les serveuses) très gentilles ! Si je suis un jour de nouveau dans le secteur et que j'ai besoin de réserver je retournerai clairement à Hotel die Perle

Die Buchung war sehr speditiv und, äusserst freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Ansonsten gibt es leider nicht viel positives zu berichten. Das Zimmer hat den Charme einer Gefägniszelle. Der Gestank nach Rauch war derart stark und durchdringend, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Offensichtlich hat sich der Geruch über Jahre in Wänden und Teppich festgesetzt. Das, Fenster konnte man aber leider nicht offenlassen, da in der Fabrik gegenüber die ganze Nacht durchgearbeitet wird mit erheblicher Lärmbelastung.
