Dirty, wifi is difficult to connect, staff are unhelpful and vindictive. Would recommend finding somewhere else to book. We never found the pool

We wanted a basic stopover hotel, and got that. Friendly staff, great value, clean room, short walk to waterfront. Nice area if a little crowded, not sure if any rooms have a view. We enjoyed the location- bakery, restaurants Breakfast buffet was ample

Parking supposed to be free, but I was charged 8 Euro...!? Underground parking is so narrow that is very unlikely to manage to park alone any car regural size or bigger. No wi-fi coverage at all in room nr 13! At all!

Staff will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. One issue was the plug outlet, there was only one in the room and it was above the closet

Excellent location near the seafront and very close to Menton and Monaco. We were given a room that hadn't been made up. At the reception the lady was rather annoyed because we arrived at 8pm and it closes at 8.30pm. An excellent restaurant nearby called Fellini.

Recent hotel with quality materials but oddly designed, large bathroom, very small shower and no place to put your belongings, parking reserved for small cars. positive points: comfortable bed and cleanliness..

Very good stay spent at the grand cape for the 2nd time. Only downside no more hot water for 1 day and a car park where it is impossible to park with a car type car.

Vieux et défraîchi, pas de grande couette mais 2 petites, distributeur HS, piscine il faut passer par la rue pour y accéder, vue sur le parking au-dessus des poubelles pour une chambre privilège ? 1 seule prise dans la chambre Bref, choisir un autre hôtel...

Même si ça semble un bon rapport qualité prix, prestations pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles ! Points positifs: petit déjeuner, terrasse agréable, personnel aimable, literie correcte malgré une couverture et pas de couette... points négatifs: WiFi faible, ensemble vieillot voire vétuste (tv, douche, mobilier), simple porte fine communicante dans beaucoup de chambres, à priori, donc pas possible changer, Bonjour l'intimité, on séjourne avec ses voisins...
