When we booked the apartment, the pictures on *********** show a stylish apartment of a high standard which looks almost new. When we arrived, the apartment was old, dirty and damaged. The furniture was worn out and dirty (like the apartment) and did not look anything like the pictures. The sofas were old and filthy, we had to cover them with a sheet to sit on. Immediately after entering the apartment, we were very upset because the hotel had completely misled us with the photos online. So, I spoke to the reception who told me they do not issue refunds and that I should contact ***********. I contacted *********** to tell them about the issue and they spoke to the hotel to get a resolution. The hotel then called us to offer us this pathetic “resolution” which was to be honest, very insulting. The staff said that they would move us to a larger apartment but that we had to pay the additional fees related to moving. They did not offer any refund, allow us to cancel the booking or even offer to clean the apartment which was filthy. Two days before the end of the stay, after much complaining from myself, the company offered to clean the apartment, which to be honest was way to late (we had already been there 3 nights. Please look at the photos that I have uploaded and other reviews on this site before booking. If you’re happy to stay in a dirty old apartment and pay top price for it, this is your best option! Plus the staff are super rude and un helpful too. I hope that this review will save others from the same dissatisfaction and disappointment that we suffered.

We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property.
Need a kettle in the kitchen.
Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure.
We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn.
People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided.
We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that was quick.

The perfect luxury apartment, very spacious, beautiful, clean. What's wrong with the complex is the distance from the apartment to the seashore and the fact that there are no supermarkets, bars or restaurants nearby, you just have to walk a few meters.

In reality it is not a hotel, forcing you to leave 200 e.. the indoor parking is paid, there are enough outside, the towels... in 4 days no change, you don't have kitchen service, just a swimming pool.

The complex is quite good and quiet, the apartment is spacious and above all clean. Near the beach. I didn't like that if you want something additional like sheets, towels, crib... You have to pay. Both sheets and towels are changed after 1 week of stay. There is a lack of small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, etc., which you have to ask at the reception. The reception never answers the phone. The mattresses already need a change, the one on the sofa bed had a spring that dug into your ribs. Conclusion, quite good in general but there are details that would make a stay much more pleasant.

The apartment was clean and everything was very new and well cared for. No noise at night. The pool is great with salt water and no chlorine. The views are impressive of the beach and the promenade. Plenty of parking as they are wide avenues. We loved our stay. You can access its parking to load suitcases and bags. We will be back.
