Very poor front desk service — there’s no proper order when attending to guests; they do not seem to know who came first. The staff attitude was quite rude. The room facilities were basic and a bit old. Overall, disappointing experience.

The people who book this hotel are usually looking for an all inclusive experience. The pool was busy, the music was loud. Fine if you just want a hotel on the beach and never adventure anywhere else.

Food was good but the air conditioner did not work at all and it was so stuffy that we were unable to sleep , we did close the patio door and had it turned to cold but only warm stuffy air came out the entire night , we booked this place for the fact that they have air conditioning , if you like warm sauna like temp you’ll love it for sleeping

Lovely hotel and Area Lovely hotel and area. Stayed as a family of 4, the employees throughout the hotel were lovely. The food at the buffet was good quality. Kids loved both the main and splash pool. They had an awesome Halloween display throughout the foyer, restaurant and one down the corridor which was lovely.
