Absolutely amazing family hotel. The food the service the children’s entertainment the pools. Everything is fab! No bad words to say about it at all. We had all types of meat steak chicken pork cooked on the grill in front of us, fresh omelettes every day, crepes cooked fresh. Snack bar staff are lovely especially Nada speaks very good English had a lovely conversation. Don’t take all the bad reviews as we honestly couldn’t fault it. Busier on weekends as the Spanish visit but again they have been very polite and friendly. Mini club for the kids on a morning too. Slides close 2-4pm but are back on from 4-7. We haven’t had to fight for a sunbed even when it’s been busy. We’ve found the quieter area is by the slide pool in the corner. Queues for breakfast lunch and dinner very minimal if at all any queue. Some lovely restaurants not far from the hotel. We found a beautiful crystal clear beach a 10 minute bus ride away next to the marina. 10/10 from us and we will be returning next year!

Prior to leaving, I saw an influx of negative reviews and it made me really concerned. However I must say, this was not representative of our trip. If you go looking you will find negatives, but from our experience the majority of the staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. We would attempt to speak the very basic Spanish we know, teaching and encouraging our daughter too.. (hi, bye, good morning, thank you etc) to the staff and they almost always spoke English back. I think trying to speak a little of the language of the country your in, goes a long way with the natives. Were areas of the hotel a little dirty.. yes. But only externally and id argue that's down to the wind which often picked up in the afternoon. Our room was cleaned very well. The pool was cleaned by pump every morning, with life guards using a net to clean big items away periodically. The only thing I'd say here, is during the morning, wed note from our balcony, a cleaner cleaning the deck near the larger pool, but the kids pool deck remained unswept, which with people going in and out, caused a lot of debris (from the palm trees) in the kids pool. As a vegetarian, I didn't find many meat substitutes like vegan sausage etca, although they had a lot of meat free dishes - I'm just fussy. I saw a lot of reviews that referenced the food negatively. I think as a Nation, generally speaking, us Brits are used to fast food, not freshly prepared dishes, so it may not be to everyone's tastes and smaller kids may struggle, although they had chips and nuggets - be it chicken or fish. They had a lovely staple salad selection every evening. A variety of bread and a large range of dishes including live cooking stations. There is an emphasis on fish, but that is to be expected within Spanish cuisine and being on the coast I also saw complaints about the entertained being themed to Spanish guests... I don't know what people were expecting, your in Spain! I think it's great there was entertainment that speaks to the Spanish culture. We attended a disco that was predominately all English singing artists, which my daughter, as well as other kids enjoyed. There was also live acts which also sung in English and Spanish. Within the foyer they played English songs too. They also had bingo, darts and shuffle board to name but a few games to entertain guests. All the animacion staff were absolutely fantastic. Such a credit to the hotel. We were a little disheartened to learn the foam party which was scheduled for Friday was having to be rescheduled due to the weather, but due to my wife's persistent sarcasm and nagging (sorry) they did it, despite the winds and honestly, it was the highlight of our holiday. We are so thankful for the team for still going ahead. I think it's is a great hotel, all things considered. If I could pick it up and move it to a sandy beach I would. But I'm incredibly thankful for the priceless moments and memories this hotel created for my family. I personally w

We stayed here from 25th April for a week booked through easyJet holidays, family of 3 adults and 4 year old autistic non verbal little girl. I’d already booked special assistance with easyJet and emailed the hotel directly to ask for low level rooms and an early check in due to arriving by mid day. Upto arrival we had a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist who explained everything in detail, are rooms were ready which was fantastic. We had been upgraded up ground floor rooms with amazing little terrace and access to the pool. The rooms 111 & 112 were near reception so not far to the restaurant. Two huge comfy double beds in each room. There was a small fridge in each room too which was great. The food was delicious, lots of variety and constantly being replenished. Breakfast was great lots to choose from and show cooking area did delicious omelettes. Lunch and dinner had lots of variety you would never go hungry, the desserts were amazing and most nights there was a chocolate fountain. I loved that when you entered the restaurant you were asked for your drinks order we were normally given a very nice chilled bottle of red wine and a large glass bottle of water that did the three of us, plus fruit juice for our granddaughter. It was busy being the weekend but we had already read reviews about how busy the weekends were with local visitors. The staff were all amazing we didn’t encounter any issues at all, yes there was occasionally a language barrier but more our fault for not being able to speak much Spanish. The staff tried their hardest to understand our needs and used google translate at times . The pools were fantastic, yes a bit cold, the little playground was a god send our granddaughter loved it. The animation team were always happy and friendly getting people involved but never too pushy. The grill bar of a day was great for snacks, hot dogs, burgers, toasties, fries and the nicest chicken nuggets any of us have ever had. Then later cakes and sandwiches which you could toast. Fresh fruit too. We dined in the A La Carte restaurant, there were two menus, a Mediterranean and an Asian, we choose the Asian, lovely warm welcome from Sandra, she explained the menu, the sushi was delicious then little gyros and a choice of 3-4 mains, 3 desserts too. The meal was amazing and would highly recommend going. Drinks were fantastic, we never had any issues with queuing and only ever waited a few minutes during busy times. Bar staff were so friendly and welcoming. Entertainment started around 8 each evening with singers, they were all fantastic, yes they sang in Spanish which didn’t bother us at all, we’re in Spain, that’s what we would expect. It’s actually really nice to go to a hotel that isn’t over run with British people and is typically Spanish, we loved that. The location is great too right on the beach with a fantastic promenade to walk for miles. We would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return. Thank you for ma

We stayed here in early June. The beginning of the week was lovely and we couldn’t find any faults; however, come the weekend and it got extremely busy. Sun beds were being reserved and not even being used all day The staff here were really mixed. Some were lovely while others were quite rude. Even if busy etc a smile goes along way. The pools in this hotel however were perfect and very much enjoyed by the whole family.

From the moment we entered the hotel it felt welcoming. The staff were friendly. The room was big and very clean and comfortable. Around the pool area was spotless. I can't think of anything negative to say. Would 100% recommend and return.

As a family of 3 we spent in this hotel 10 days and our feedback is absolutley honest and based only on our experience. We really enjoyed the whole stay in the hotel. Guys from the reception were absolutley brilliant and made us feel very well looked after!- Expectialy the one young man with glassess on whose name I completley forgot now :) Swiming pool and all activities for children including daily mini clubs were amazing too! The animation team made our boy feel so special and invlolved. Outstanding location! Food was absolutley delicious and fresh, but repetive and of a little choice. Althrough we loved our stay and would love to come back, there were also some areas we werent berry happy about: - lack of bottled water in the rooms, ketttle, tea or coffee - not even a small snack, water on late arrival - some staff from the restaurant/bar with very bad attitude - overwelmed in the weekend when the locals arrived, no room for anything - loud singing show at the pool every 3 days until midnight that is inconvenient when you are with kids, as everything can be heard in the room. Overall its a nice place for families.

We had a great time on our holiday, the hotel has a lot of positives and of course areas of improvement but ultimately it did not take away from the fun we had. Highlights: - Children’s pool, great slides and ideal depth (3 year old & 10 month old) - Modern and welcoming reception area - Comfortable beds - Rooms clean and good size we are a family of 4 - Buffet food always fresh and good selection, meats and salad, pasta and pizzas, paella and breads - Breakfast good, omelette and eggs section always busy but fast moving. Coffee & Juices available - Water always available, we took our own flasks - Bus stop nearby (330 & 999) short journey into town unless you walk for around 30 mins along beach - Mercado & Aldi within 1km walk Areas to improve: - More toilets needed at bar & restaurant - Option to use both À la Carte during stay - Rooms need an upgrade, fairly dated - During the weekend it was absolutely packed with local customers, far too packed, pool area was too busy and restaurant long queues (we went out during the weekend)
