Upon arriving just out from sugery to check in on my room i booked day before,the young lady in the box was saying no small dogs allowed,i told her i was having my cousin who lives here in Rosarito was coming to pick her up and visit me to see if i was ok,Laura the lady in box says no guests allowed. So i i immediately gave back the key,and called ******* for refund and the agent said Laura hung up the phone on him. And i drove back to California just out of surgery because of this huge inconvenience.

Shower was clogged, it was not very clean and not enough toilet paper and towels. Didnt like it

Yes the room was really cleaand the pool was great ,staff was very courteous and security was very comforting i would definitely stay the3again

My stay was very pleasant. It’s a quiet place and conveniently located near shops and great places to eat. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The parking was free, and there was always a security guard on duty, which made us feel safe. We walked through the neighborhood behind the hotel and had access to the beach. It’s definitely a place we would come back to.

Hreat place to stay, clean and secured. Price is reasonable, i would recommend.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and the area seemed very safe.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms have no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker, and the TV was literally falling off the wall. The pool was filthy and the jacuzzi was ice cold. Worst of all, the bedding was unsanitary—I broke out in a rash and couldn't sleep. Unsafe and very uncomfortable.
