This hotel is primarily composed of suites, and it's located directly across from the exhibition center. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities, but the equipment is a bit dated. The air conditioning is quite noisy, and the breakfast options are limited. Waiting for the elevator can take a long time during peak hours.

Overall, the hotel stay was good. The location and facilities were excellent, although the quality of service and staff performance were somewhat inconsistent.

The hotel's shuttle service for pickup from O'Hare Airport Zone 2E and drop-off at International Zone 5 was excellent. It was also great that we could enjoy the complimentary hotel breakfast and evening social hour. We made good use of the nearby Blue Line Rosemont CTA station with a 1-day Ventra Pass to explore Chicago in winter. I'd like to thank the front desk lady for her friendly assistance with check-in. The deposit was also refunded within two days. However, as we visited in early February, the room was very dry, so it would be advisable to bring a portable humidifier.

the front desk is friendly and give us coupons for breakfast. it's not our first time to stay here and it's always good to come back. the hotel is located near ORD and easier for us to get in get out. near shopping area and restaurant.

It was a really good stay in the hotel room and the hotel room was big. The breakfast is nice and very nice reception staff too! Would definitely stay here again!

The facilities were quite old, but ery spacious. The shuttle connection to the airport was convenient, and it was also easy to walk to the Chicago Fashion Outlets.

The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.
