Property is excellent located on the beach.
Great spa and bar. Live music everyday.
Reception was friendly and helpful.
Staff in the Dining area spoke no English and if you have any dietary requirements or intolerance or religious beliefs you have hard time. No labels to food items.
The guy was making omelettes/ vegetable and ham for everyone with same utensils. You cannot even communicate as he didn’t speak English.
Ladies in the dining area were helpful and got plain rice in case there were no vegetarian options.
Overall enjoyed I wish hotel looks into that and we will book the hotel again!

Very basic hotel in everything. Weak english skills at reception was surprising. Also our tiny problem turned into a bigger one because of bad service attitude from the front desk.
Spa...points for the steam room. People not using the showers between saunas and pool/ jacuzzi is sad, on the other hand the showers by the jacuzzi did not work properly. Also if you are given 1 hour at the spa, it would be useful to have at least one clock on the wall somewhere. Food I suppose is the best part in this hotel, plenty of choices at the buffet.
