Guerrini Hotel

È stato pessimo, il servizio da fare schifo, altrettanto scorbutici ritenendosi maleducati!! No comment. Nella nostra stanza fuoriuscivano pieno di moscerini , formiche e ragni sopra il letto tanto da dover chiudere intero hotel i Guerrini per diversi giorni che poi ci hanno trasferito nel hotel Atlantico... Lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi macchiati. Il palo pulire il cesso sporco giallo macchiato di c*cca. La maniglia della finestra rotta. Incommentabile .

Third time I've been back, diverted from my usual hotel due to lack of space, after a recommendation to reserve a good room. The first time they gave me a ridiculous room, with a bathroom 2 meters high and a sink positioned in front of the shower with no more than 15 cm of space (I had to wash my face and teeth leaning on the bidet); very cold room with rotten wooden windows, without double glazing; bed with Punic wars mattress and air conditioning that didn't heat the room enough. I slept with the jacket on. Walls peeling and moldy that not even abandoned farmhouses can compare to. The last time was a room with an antediluvian entrance door that doesn't even soundproof the buzz of a fly, floor tiles that rise and in the bathroom a riot of limestone everywhere. Questionable cleanliness of the rooms and TV that doesn't work, naturally I have to go down to reception to be informed, no one to at least notify you at check-in and apologize for the inconvenience (for a person traveling for work it sometimes represents the only company) . Staff without any empathy. I preferred to sleep in the car.

The hotel is pleasant, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, unfortunately the room assigned to us was not welcoming at all, it lacks shelves in the bathroom and to place the essentials for hygiene we had to put everything on the floor. The room has no curtains, the television has never worked and when we pointed this out we were told that if it doesn't work there's nothing I can do about it. Only one bedside table had a lamp, the socket in the bathroom was at such a height that you had to climb onto the bidet to use it. The entrance door to the room probably has a 19th century key and is not very secure, so we didn't leave anything of value like the camera because we weren't sure we'd find it again. We frankly do not recommend this hotel.
