Comwell Roskilde ★★★★

📍 Vestre Kirkevej 12, Roskilde

"Friendly and helpful staff. As we had to drive before the breakfast buffet opened, they packed us a breakfast to go. Unfortunately, the room was not completely clean upon arrival. Cobwebs on the ceiling, dirt in the corners and a foul smell of drains from the bathroom. A lot of noise from the hallway during the night, and a fan from the bathroom that also ran all night. Despite the pleasant staff, we will find another hotel next time."

Comwell Roskilde ★★★★

"This is the first time in more than ten years that I have received a negative review when booking a hotel on Ctrip! ! ! 1. The service staff in the restaurant have a very bad attitude. They pretend not to understand English. The food they provide is also out of stock. The fried chicken wings are covered with chicken feathers. . 2. The cosmetic bag was left in the hotel. The hotel did not notify me immediately after picking it up. Instead, it waited until I found out that the item was gone and called me. I hope the hotel can help me take a taxi to the next stop, and I will pay for it myself. I can only mail it next week. All communication was fruitless, so I had to take a taxi to pick it up."
